基于改進NSGA-Ⅱ的黃河下游水庫多目標調(diào)度研究

【摘要】:水庫興利、防洪和生態(tài)等目標之間既非完全協(xié)調(diào)也非完全對立,這是多目標間協(xié)調(diào)的物理基礎(chǔ)。本文綜合考慮水庫不同目標間的矛盾性和統(tǒng)一性,構(gòu)建考慮生態(tài)和興利的水庫多目標優(yōu)化調(diào)度模型,為提高模型求解效率,本文提出了一種基于個體約束和群體約束技術(shù)的改進快速非劣排序遺傳算法(ICGC-NSGA-Ⅱ)。以黃河下游小浪底-西霞院梯級水庫為例進行多目標優(yōu)化調(diào)度,綜合考慮下游不同時期各生態(tài)功能用水和綜合利用需求,建立黃河下游梯級水庫多目標調(diào)度模型,并采用ICGC-NSGA-Ⅱ求解,探究水庫的供水效益、發(fā)電效益和生態(tài)效益之間的關(guān)系。實例研究表明,改進算法能在較短時間內(nèi)獲取一組反映多目標間非劣關(guān)系的調(diào)度方案集。黃河下游生態(tài)、綜合供水和發(fā)電效益之間存在不對稱競爭關(guān)系,一方面隨發(fā)電量增加,生態(tài)供水和綜合供水保證率均呈下降趨勢;另一方面發(fā)電和生態(tài)供水競爭強烈,而與綜合供水競爭關(guān)系較弱。研究成果可為制定黃河下游多目標共贏的調(diào)度方式提供理論基礎(chǔ)和決策依據(jù)。
