抽水蓄能電站水泵水輪機(jī)組國(guó)產(chǎn)化應(yīng)用效果評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:近年來(lái)我國(guó)抽水蓄能電站發(fā)展速度較快,但相關(guān)設(shè)備研發(fā)能力弱、缺乏自主依托項(xiàng)目,國(guó)內(nèi)已投產(chǎn)或在建的大型抽水蓄能電站如廣蓄、泰安、張河灣等,其主機(jī)及其配套設(shè)備基本采用國(guó)際招標(biāo)采購(gòu)方式,,基本由國(guó)外廠商供貨,對(duì)我國(guó)設(shè)備制造企業(yè)積累掌握抽水蓄能機(jī)組的研發(fā)制造技術(shù)及經(jīng)驗(yàn)造成了障礙。為了使我國(guó)自己的制造企業(yè)掌握抽水蓄能機(jī)組的設(shè)計(jì)、制造技術(shù),從而逐步具備自主研發(fā)的能力,2003年國(guó)家發(fā)改委決定通過(guò)“技術(shù)引進(jìn)-消化吸收-深化應(yīng)用”三個(gè)階段,是國(guó)內(nèi)制造廠具備自主研發(fā)、制造抽水蓄能機(jī)組的能力。 本文系統(tǒng)地分析了水泵水輪機(jī)組國(guó)產(chǎn)化應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀,建立了一套水泵水輪機(jī)組國(guó)產(chǎn)化應(yīng)用效果評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并利用AHP確定各個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,權(quán)重確定后,將模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法引入水泵水輪機(jī)組國(guó)產(chǎn)化應(yīng)用效果綜合評(píng)價(jià)中,并以安徽響水澗抽水蓄能電站為實(shí)例進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,結(jié)果表明水泵水輪機(jī)組國(guó)產(chǎn)化應(yīng)用效果為“很好”。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the speed of development of pumped storage power stations in China is relatively fast, but the R & D ability of related equipment is weak, and the independent projects are lacking. The large pumped storage power stations that have been put into production or are under construction in China, such as Guang Pumped-Storage, Tai'an, Zhanghewan, etc. The main engine and its supporting equipment basically adopt the international bidding and purchase method, basically supplied by foreign manufacturers, which has caused the obstacle to the equipment manufacturing enterprises in our country to accumulate and master the R & D and manufacturing technology and experience of the pumped-storage units. In order to enable our own manufacturing enterprises to master the design and manufacturing technology of pumped storage units and gradually possess the capability of independent research and development, the National Development and Reform Commission decided in 2003 to adopt three stages: "Technology introduction, digestion, absorption and deepening application." Domestic manufacturers have their own R & D, manufacturing capacity of pumped storage units. In this paper, the present situation of domestic application of pump turbine unit is systematically analyzed, and a set of evaluation index system is established, and the weight of each evaluation index is determined by AHP. This paper introduces the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method into the comprehensive evaluation of the domestic application effect of the pump turbine unit, and takes Xiangshuijian pumped-storage power station in Anhui Province as an example. The results show that the domestic application effect of the pump turbine unit is "very good".
