【摘要】：某水電機組在運行時,發(fā)現(xiàn)壓力脈動、機組振動與噪聲較往常明顯增大,且隨負荷的增加而增大,這將嚴重威脅機組的安全穩(wěn)定運行。為此進行了變負荷試驗,對變負荷數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)活動導葉過流不均是引起機組振動過大的原因,停機檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)活動導葉處卡有異物,取出異物后,機組壓力脈動與振動過大問題得到解決,為類似問題的處理提供了參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:When a hydroelectric unit is in operation, it is found that the pressure pulsation, the vibration and noise of the unit are obviously increased than usual, and increase with the increase of load, which will seriously threaten the safe and stable operation of the unit. For this reason, the variable load test was carried out, and the variable load data were analyzed. It was found that the uneven flow of the moving guide vane was the cause of the excessive vibration of the unit. The problems of pressure pulsation and excessive vibration are solved, which provides a reference for the treatment of similar problems.
