北疆第四系覆蓋層上某大型明渠最優(yōu)結(jié)構(gòu)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟的進一步發(fā)展,水資源緊缺的矛盾日益突出,輸水工程的建設(shè)及管理尤為重要。“三分建七分管”,對水利工程而言,建設(shè)是基礎(chǔ),管理是關(guān)鍵,使用是目的。工程管理的好壞,直接影響效益的高低,管理不當可能造成嚴重事故,給國家和人民生命財產(chǎn)帶來不可估量的損失。在中國西北嚴寒、寒冷地區(qū),輸水工程出現(xiàn)的問題更為復雜、突出,尤其是輸水明渠。因此合理利用現(xiàn)有的引水工程,最大限度的發(fā)揮工程效益,是迫切需要研究、解決的問題。由于影響水利工程的自然因素較復雜,工程氣象、水文、地質(zhì)條件、設(shè)計方案、施工質(zhì)量、運行管理模式都可能是影響渠道正常運行的因素,在實際運行中可能是其中一種甚至幾種因素同時作用引起的。新疆北部某大型長距離引水工程是跨流域調(diào)水工程,輸水渠道包括西干渠和風克干渠,全長329公里,其中西干渠渠道全長217公里;風克干渠渠道全長112.0公里。由于輸水渠道跨越了不同的地貌單元,地質(zhì)條件復雜,巖性變化較大,渠道在調(diào)度運行過程中,受地下水、地質(zhì)條件、滲流等影響,導致渠道結(jié)構(gòu)破壞較嚴重,維修工程量大大增加,每年僅維修費用就達5000余萬元。針對新疆北部第四系地層上的輸水渠道斷面型式及基礎(chǔ)處理方式的初步分析與研究的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)課題的需要,重點選取北疆第四紀覆蓋層上某大型引水工程為課題研究對象,對渠道歷年產(chǎn)生的破壞形式、機理以及出現(xiàn)的問題進行分析研究,借鑒新疆類似引水渠道工程的斷面型式及基礎(chǔ)處理方案,結(jié)合引水渠道工程沿線的工程地質(zhì)條件,通過相應的室內(nèi)和室外相關(guān)實驗,以及分析得出的成果,推薦出符合北疆第四系覆蓋區(qū)引水渠道的最優(yōu)斷面結(jié)構(gòu)型式。
[Abstract]:With the further development of China's national economy, the contradiction of water resources shortage is becoming increasingly prominent, and the construction and management of water conveyance project is particularly important. To water conservancy engineering, construction is the foundation, management is the key and use is the purpose. The quality of project management directly affects the level of benefit, and improper management may cause serious accidents and bring incalculable losses to the lives and property of the country and the people. In the cold and cold regions of northwest China, the problems in water conveyance projects are more complex and prominent, especially in open channels. Therefore, it is urgent to study and solve the problem of rational utilization of the existing diversion project and maximum benefit of the project. Due to the complexity of natural factors affecting water conservancy projects, engineering meteorology, hydrology, geological conditions, design schemes, construction quality and operation management mode may all be factors affecting the normal operation of the channel. It is possible that one or even several factors act simultaneously in actual operation. A large long-distance diversion project in the north of Xinjiang is an inter-basin water diversion project. The water conveyance channel includes the west trunk canal and the Fengke trunk canal, with a total length of 329 kilometers, of which the west trunk canal is 217 kilometers long and the Fengke trunk canal is 112.0 kilometers long. Because the water conveyance channel has crossed different geomorphological units, the geological conditions are complex, the lithology change is great, the canal is affected by groundwater, geological conditions, seepage and so on, which results in serious damage to the canal structure. The amount of maintenance works has increased greatly, and the annual maintenance cost alone amounts to more than 5000 yuan. Based on the preliminary analysis and research on the cross section type and foundation treatment method of the Quaternary strata in northern Xinjiang, according to the needs of the project, a large water diversion project on the Quaternary overburden in northern Xinjiang is selected as the research object. This paper analyzes and studies the damage form, mechanism and existing problems of the channel over the years, draws lessons from the cross-section type and basic treatment scheme of similar diversion channel projects in Xinjiang, and combines with the engineering geological conditions along the diversion channel project. Through the relevant indoor and outdoor experiments and the results obtained from the analysis, the optimal cross-section structure of the diversion canal in the Quaternary covering area of Northern Xinjiang is recommended.
