【摘要】：分析了近千年淮河流域河湖水系的自然演變以及人類活動(dòng)的擾動(dòng),深入探討了其成因。研究表明:目前淮河流域河湖水系連通格局是人類在抵御黃河洪水和泥沙入侵的抗?fàn)幹?遵循自然規(guī)律的同時(shí)兼顧漕運(yùn)、灌溉等社會(huì)發(fā)展所需而構(gòu)建的防洪、排澇、沖沙、灌溉、供水等的工程體系。流域主要干支流和湖泊連通基本受人工所控,自然-人工河網(wǎng)交織,河流-湖泊水量交換頻繁,入江入海水道基本暢通,并與黃河、長(zhǎng)江、海河等各大水系連通,基本解決了河水出海無(wú)路,洪澇災(zāi)害頻發(fā)的問(wèn)題。河湖水系連通在一定時(shí)期內(nèi)對(duì)穩(wěn)定淮河流域社會(huì)安定團(tuán)結(jié)、推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起著積極作用,但也不可避免地對(duì)流域生態(tài)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生了一定的負(fù)面影響。水系連通下流域水資源演變規(guī)律、環(huán)境生態(tài)效應(yīng)以及對(duì)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)布局的影響等研究是亟待解決的關(guān)鍵科學(xué)問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:The natural evolution of the river and lake water system in the Huaihe basin and the disturbance of human activities in the last 1000 years are analyzed. The study shows that the current connection pattern of the river and lake water system in the Huaihe basin is the need for the human being to resist the the Yellow River flood and the invasion of the sediment, and it is necessary to follow the natural law and give consideration to the social development of water transport and irrigation in the same time. Flood control, drainage, sediment discharge, irrigation, water supply and other engineering systems. The main branch stream and lake connectivity are basically controlled by artificial, natural artificial river network interlacing, river and lake water exchange frequently, the river entering the sea waterway is basically unimpeded, and connected with the Yellow River, the Yangtze River, the Haihe River and other major water systems, and basically solved the river water without road, flood and waterlogging disaster. The river lake water system connectivity has played a positive role in stabilizing the social stability and unity of the Huaihe basin and promoting economic development in a certain period, but also inevitably has a certain negative impact on the ecological environment of the river basin. The water resources evolution law, the ecological effect of the environment and the influence on the social and economic layout under the water system connected to the river system Research is the key scientific problem to be solved urgently.
