【摘要】：通過對三門峽水利樞紐工程建成后出現(xiàn)的庫區(qū)淤積等問題的研究,針對性地進行了改擴建設(shè)計,1965—1968年進行了第一次改建,增設(shè)2條泄洪排沙隧洞、改建4條壓力鋼管參與泄洪,樞紐315 m水位下泄流規(guī)模由原設(shè)計的3 486 m~3/s提高到6 102 m3/s,"蓄水攔沙"的運用原則調(diào)整為"滯洪排沙",減輕了潼關(guān)以上庫區(qū)淤積,但樞紐泄流排沙能力仍然不足。之后進行第二次改建及泄流工程二期改建,陸續(xù)打開12條導(dǎo)流底孔,安裝5臺發(fā)電機組,樞紐315 m水位含機組泄量的下泄總流量達到10 096 m~3/s,水庫基本達到年內(nèi)沖淤平衡。后又完成了機組擴建、改造等工程,泄流排沙能力逐步提高,樞紐工程功能逐步完善,完成了由"滯洪排沙"向"蓄清排渾"的重要調(diào)整,樞紐全面發(fā)揮了防洪、防凌、灌溉、發(fā)電和供水的綜合效益。
[Abstract]:Through the study of the sedimentation in the reservoir area after the completion of the Sanmenxia water control project, the design of the reconstruction and expansion was carried out. The first reconstruction was carried out in 1965 - 1968. 2 flood discharge and sand draining tunnels were added and 4 penstocks were rebuilt to participate in flood discharge. The discharge scale of the 315 m water level of the hub was raised from the original design 3486 m~3/s to 6102 m. 3/s, the application principle of "water storage and sand blocking" is adjusted to "flood detention and sediment discharge", which alleviates the siltation in the reservoir area above Tongguan, but the discharge and sediment discharge capacity of the hub is still insufficient. After that, the second reconstruction and discharge projects are rebuilt in the two phase, 12 diversion bottom holes are opened, 5 generator sets are installed, and the total discharge of the water level of 315 m water level of the hub is reached to 100 96 m~3/s, the reservoir basically reached the balance of erosion and siltation during the year, and then completed the expansion of the unit, the transformation and other projects, the discharge and sediment discharge capacity gradually improved, the function of the hub project was gradually perfected, and the important adjustment from "flood detention and sediment discharge" to "storing and clearing the muddy" was completed, and the comprehensive benefits of flood prevention, flood prevention, irrigation, power generation and water supply were fully played.
