溧蓄電站堆石壩碾壓激振力實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控及振動(dòng)壓實(shí)質(zhì)量評估研究

【摘要】:有效控制大壩填筑碾壓施工質(zhì)量是保證溧蓄堆石壩長期安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的關(guān)鍵所在,而在大壩填筑過程中碾壓參數(shù)(碾壓機(jī)行走速度、激振力、碾壓遍數(shù)和壓實(shí)厚度)是影響壩體壓實(shí)質(zhì)量的重要因素。常規(guī)手段是采用人工旁站現(xiàn)場監(jiān)控碾壓參數(shù)與事后隨機(jī)抽取試坑點(diǎn)檢測的方法來控制堆石壩的壓實(shí)質(zhì)量,一方面人工監(jiān)控誤差較大、管理粗放,另一方面用有限個(gè)試坑點(diǎn)很難真實(shí)反映整個(gè)施工倉面的壓實(shí)情況。本文在實(shí)驗(yàn)室已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,深入研究溧蓄堆石壩碾壓激振力實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),以實(shí)現(xiàn)對碾壓機(jī)激振力大小的直接監(jiān)控。同時(shí),為克服用有限個(gè)試坑點(diǎn)反映整個(gè)施工倉面壓實(shí)情況的片面性,以及挖坑費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)力的弊端,研究溧蓄堆石壩料振動(dòng)壓實(shí)質(zhì)量實(shí)時(shí)評估方法,以實(shí)現(xiàn)堆石壩碾壓施工質(zhì)量的快速、全面評估。本文主要研究內(nèi)容和成果如下:(1)研制開發(fā)了溧蓄堆石壩碾壓激振力實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)及其功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對碾壓機(jī)激振力大小的監(jiān)控與報(bào)警提示,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)場碾壓進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用分析,為直接控制碾壓機(jī)的激振力大小及保證碾壓機(jī)的激振性能提供了新的技術(shù)手段。(2)利用實(shí)驗(yàn)室前期開發(fā)的溧蓄堆石壩料振動(dòng)壓實(shí)質(zhì)量實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),實(shí)時(shí)采集碾壓施工過程中的壓實(shí)質(zhì)量監(jiān)測值(CV),建立了溧蓄堆石壩料振動(dòng)壓實(shí)干密度評估的BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,并利用空間插值方法,可獲得整個(gè)施工倉面任一位置點(diǎn)處的壓實(shí)干密度和整個(gè)施工倉面的壓實(shí)干密度達(dá)標(biāo)率,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對施工區(qū)域壓實(shí)質(zhì)量的快速評估,為溧蓄堆石壩填筑碾壓施工質(zhì)量的控制提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Effective control of the quality of dam filling roller compaction is the key to ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of Li-Li rockfill dam, and the roller compaction parameters (rolling speed, exciting force) are used in dam filling process. The number of compaction times and compaction thickness are the important factors affecting the compaction quality of dam body. The conventional method is to control the compaction quality of rockfill dam by using the methods of monitoring rolling parameters on the spot and random sampling of test points afterwards. On the one hand, the manual monitoring error is large, and the management is extensive. On the other hand, it is difficult to truly reflect the compaction of the whole construction silo with a limited number of test pit points. Based on the existing research in the laboratory, this paper deeply studies the real-time monitoring system of roller compaction excitation force of Li-Li rockfill dam, in order to realize the direct monitoring of the exciting force of roller compactor. At the same time, in order to overcome the one-sidedness of the finite number of test points reflecting the compaction of the whole construction silo surface and the time-consuming and laborious drawback of excavating the pit, the real-time evaluation method for the vibratory compaction quality of Li-Li rockfill dam is studied. In order to realize the rapid and comprehensive evaluation of the quality of rockfill dam roller compaction construction. The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: (1) the real time monitoring system of rolling excitation force of Li-Li rockfill dam is developed, the overall structure and function of the system are designed, and the monitoring and warning of the exciting force of roller compactor is realized. Combined with the field compaction, the application analysis was carried out. It provides a new technical means for directly controlling the exciting force of the roller and ensuring the exciting performance of the roller. (2) the real-time monitoring system for the vibratory compaction quality of the Li-li rockfill dam developed in the early stage of the laboratory is used. The monitoring value of compaction quality (CV) in the process of roller compaction construction is collected in real time. The BP neural network model for evaluating the dry density of vibratory compaction of Li-Li rockfill dam is established, and the spatial interpolation method is used. The compaction dry density at any point on the whole construction silo surface and the compaction dry density reached the standard rate of the whole construction silo surface can be obtained, and the rapid evaluation of the compaction quality in the construction area can be realized. It provides a reference for the quality control of filling roller compaction construction of Li-Li rockfill dam.
