長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶水資源利用的動(dòng)態(tài)效率及絕對(duì)β收斂研究——基于三階段DEA-Malmquist指數(shù)法

【摘要】:利用三階段DEA-Malmquist指數(shù)法,對(duì)2009~2014年長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶11省市水資源全要素生產(chǎn)率及其分解指數(shù)進(jìn)行了測算和分析。研究結(jié)果表明:在剔除了外部環(huán)境因素和隨機(jī)誤差因素以后,長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶水資源的全要素生產(chǎn)率及其分解效率發(fā)生了顯著變化,水資源全要素生產(chǎn)率年均增長7.2%,技術(shù)進(jìn)步指數(shù)年均增長4.7%,技術(shù)效率指數(shù)年均增長2.4%,技術(shù)進(jìn)步是推動(dòng)長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶水資源全要素生產(chǎn)率增長的主要源泉。分區(qū)域來看,西部地區(qū)水資源全要素生產(chǎn)率和技術(shù)效率年均增長率最高,東部地區(qū)技術(shù)進(jìn)步年均增長率最高。長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶水資源全要素生產(chǎn)率存在顯著絕對(duì)β收斂,表明長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶內(nèi)省際水資源全要素生產(chǎn)率差距正在縮小,最終都朝相同的穩(wěn)態(tài)水平趨近。
[Abstract]:Based on the three-stage DEA-Malmquist index method, the total factor productivity and its decomposition index of water resources in 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2009 to 2014 were measured and analyzed. The results show that the total factor productivity and decomposition efficiency of water resources in the Yangtze economic belt have changed significantly after excluding external environmental factors and random error factors. The annual growth of total factor productivity of water resources is 7.2%, the average annual growth of technological progress index is 4.7%, and the average annual growth of technological efficiency index is 2.4%. Technological progress is the main source of promoting the growth of total factor productivity of water resources in the Yangtze River economic belt. The average annual growth rate of total factor productivity and technical efficiency of water resources in the western region is the highest, and the annual growth rate of the technological progress in the eastern region is the highest. There is significant absolute 尾 convergence in total factor productivity of water resources in the Yangtze River economic belt, which indicates that the gap of total factor productivity of water resources among provinces in the economic belt of the Yangtze River is narrowing and eventually approaching to the same steady state level.
