【摘要】：為預(yù)測(cè)渡槽在冬季輸水過(guò)程中的水溫變化,根據(jù)穩(wěn)態(tài)傳熱過(guò)程進(jìn)行理論分析,并引用導(dǎo)熱微分方程和牛頓冷卻公式進(jìn)行計(jì)算,以莊浪河渡槽為例,分別計(jì)算不保溫、表面采用5cm厚的聚氨酯保溫板兩種情況下水隨時(shí)間散失的總熱量,并求得相應(yīng)的水溫。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,在冬季低溫工況下,渡槽內(nèi)外溫差大,水散失大量熱量,水溫降低幅度大,需采取保溫措施防止水溫降低,以保證渡槽在允許水溫下正常運(yùn)行。研究結(jié)果可為類似工程提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to predict the variation of water temperature of aqueduct in winter, theoretical analysis is carried out according to the steady state heat transfer process, and the heat conduction differential equation and Newton cooling formula are used to calculate. Taking Zhuanglanghe aqueduct as an example, no heat preservation is calculated separately. 5cm thick polyurethane insulation board is used on the surface of the water, and the total heat is lost with time, and the corresponding water temperature is obtained. The calculation results show that under the low temperature condition in winter, the temperature difference inside and outside the aqueduct is large, the water is losing a lot of heat, and the water temperature is decreasing greatly, so it is necessary to take heat preservation measures to prevent the water temperature from decreasing, so as to ensure the aqueduct running normally under the allowable water temperature. The results can provide reference for similar projects.
