蓄能電站深斜孔帷幕加固技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:本文以廣東省某斜直孔帷幕灌漿工程為研究背景,主要研究了如何提高深斜直孔帷幕灌漿質(zhì)量。針對(duì)該問題從斜直鉆孔軌跡偏斜及帷幕灌漿參數(shù)展開研究,進(jìn)而提出一些相關(guān)建議。在斜直鉆孔軌跡偏斜的研究中,該文主要采用了有限元分析法,對(duì)鉆柱與背景工程壩基基巖相互作用方式進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,對(duì)比分析傾斜角度、軸向鉆壓對(duì)鉆孔軌跡偏斜的影響,同時(shí)也利用了解析法對(duì)鉆柱臨界屈曲值進(jìn)行公式推導(dǎo)求解,驗(yàn)證數(shù)值模擬的準(zhǔn)確性。通過上述研究分析,針對(duì)鉆孔偏斜機(jī)理,提出了剛性滿眼鉆具組合防斜技術(shù)。深斜直孔帷幕灌漿參數(shù)的優(yōu)化,主要采用了離散單元法編寫程序?qū)鶐r注漿過程進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,研究了不同灌漿壓力,巖體裂隙中壓力擴(kuò)散規(guī)律與漿液擴(kuò)散規(guī)律。同時(shí)結(jié)合漿液擴(kuò)散半徑經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式以及帷幕灌漿試驗(yàn)對(duì)比驗(yàn)證數(shù)值模擬的準(zhǔn)確性,得到最優(yōu)的漿液擴(kuò)散有效半徑。通過上述對(duì)斜鉆孔偏斜與帷幕灌漿參數(shù)的研究分析,成功地應(yīng)用于廣東省某斜直孔帷幕灌漿工程,對(duì)今后類似帷幕灌漿防滲工程的設(shè)計(jì)與施工具有一定的實(shí)際指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the research background of a slanting straight hole curtain grouting project in Guangdong Province, this paper mainly studies how to improve the grouting quality of deep inclined straight hole curtain. In view of this problem, the skew of inclined straight borehole trajectory and curtain grouting parameters are studied, and some related suggestions are put forward. In the research of skew straight borehole trajectory, the finite element analysis method is used to simulate the interaction between drill string and foundation rock in background engineering, and to compare and analyze the inclination angle. The influence of axial drilling pressure on the deflection of borehole trajectory and the derivation of the critical buckling value of drill string by analytic method are also used to verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation. According to the mechanism of borehole deflection, this paper puts forward the technology of anti-deviation of rigid full hole drilling tool. In order to optimize the grouting parameters of deep inclined straight hole curtain, the numerical simulation of grouting process of bedrock is carried out by means of discrete element method, and the law of pressure diffusion and slurry diffusion in cracks of rock mass under different grouting pressures are studied. At the same time, combined with empirical formula of slurry diffusion radius and curtain grouting test to verify the accuracy of numerical simulation, the optimal effective radius of slurry diffusion is obtained. Based on the above research and analysis on the parameters of oblique borehole deflection and curtain grouting, it has been successfully applied to a slanting straight hole curtain grouting project in Guangdong Province, which has certain practical guiding significance for the design and construction of similar curtain grouting anti-seepage engineering in the future.
