引漢濟渭工程隧洞施工若干技術(shù)問題探討

【摘要】:基于引漢濟渭工程隧洞施工實際,結(jié)合我國現(xiàn)有技術(shù)規(guī)范要求,對比分析了引漢濟渭工程隧洞動態(tài)設(shè)計、超前地質(zhì)預(yù)報、隧洞開挖方式、隧洞支護時效及襯砌與掌子面距離等五個方面的問題,得到了適宜引漢濟渭工程隧洞施工特點的動態(tài)施工技術(shù)方法。針對不同圍巖條件實施隧洞動態(tài)設(shè)計,采用了不同的開挖和支護方式。對物探發(fā)現(xiàn)的異常區(qū)進行鉆探驗證,以提高地質(zhì)超前預(yù)報及涌水預(yù)測精度。地質(zhì)復(fù)雜區(qū)段按照"物探先行,鉆探驗證,有掘必探,先探后掘"的原則組織施工。在實際施工中,應(yīng)提倡利用圍巖在無支護條件下的允許暴露時間也就是圍巖的自穩(wěn)時間實現(xiàn)短距離的掘進與支護分離。對硬巖(Ⅰ—Ⅲ)圍巖采用"鉆爆設(shè)計、光爆施工、工序組織、快速施工"的思路,對軟巖(Ⅳ—Ⅴ)圍巖采用"圍巖量測、確保安全、遵守設(shè)計、按部就班"的思路。
[Abstract]:Based on the tunnel construction practice of the diversion from Han to Jiwei engineering and the existing technical specifications of our country, this paper compares and analyzes the dynamic design of the tunnel, the advanced geological forecast and the excavation mode of the tunnel in the diversion from Han to Jiwei engineering. In this paper, the dynamic construction technique method suitable for the tunnel construction characteristics of Han Jiwei engineering is obtained from five aspects, such as the time limit of tunnel support and the distance between lining and face. According to different surrounding rock conditions, different excavation and support methods are adopted for dynamic tunnel design. In order to improve the accuracy of geological prediction and water inflow prediction, the abnormal areas discovered by geophysical exploration are drilled and verified. Geological complex section is organized according to the principle of "geophysical exploration first, drilling verification, drilling must be explored, first exploration and then excavation" principle. In actual construction, the allowable exposure time of surrounding rock under the condition of no support should be used to realize short distance excavation and support separation.
