【摘要】：近年來(lái)東荊河下游出現(xiàn)洪水位持續(xù)偏高的問(wèn)題,分析其原因在于:20世紀(jì)70年代東荊河治理中僅圍挽了聯(lián)合大垸而并未擴(kuò)挖深水河槽,后經(jīng)洲灘民垸持續(xù)圍墾及淤積,造成楊林尾洪水位偏高。為解決該問(wèn)題,在深入研究丹江口水庫(kù)大壩加高后漢江防洪形勢(shì)以及三峽水庫(kù)蓄水后長(zhǎng)江防洪形勢(shì)變化情況的基礎(chǔ)上,確定了新形勢(shì)下東荊河下游河道治理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)采用東荊河來(lái)流4 250 m~3/s,相應(yīng)漢口水位28.28 m,楊林尾控制水位31.0 m為宜;通過(guò)河槽疏挖等工程,有效擴(kuò)大東荊河下游河道泄洪能力。在擬定的3種治理方案中,采用了二維水流數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行比較,計(jì)算成果表明,保持現(xiàn)有堤距,擴(kuò)挖深水槽的方案1具有投資少、施工易、降低洪水位效果明顯的優(yōu)點(diǎn),因此將方案1確定為治理推薦方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of the sustained high flood level in the lower reaches of Dongjing River is analyzed. The reason is that in the Dongjing River regulation in the 1970s, only the joint embankment was enclosed, but the deep water channel was not expanded, and then continuous reclamation and siltation were carried out through the marshland. The Yang Lin tail flood water level is high. In order to solve this problem, the flood control situation of the Hanjiang River after the dam of Danjiangkou Reservoir is raised and the situation of flood control of the Yangtze River after the three Gorges Reservoir is impounded are deeply studied. It is determined that under the new situation, the regulation standard of the lower reaches of Dongjing River is 4 250mt / 3 / s of Dongjing River, the corresponding water level of Hankou is 28.28 m and the control level of Yang Lin tail is 31.0 m, and the flood discharge capacity of the lower reaches of Dongjing River can be effectively expanded by dredging and dredging the channel. In the three control schemes, the 2-D water flow mathematical model is used to compare. The results show that the scheme 1, which keeps the distance between the existing dikes and expands the deep flume, has the advantages of less investment, easy construction and obvious effect of reducing the flood water level. Therefore, scheme 1 will be determined as a governance recommendation program.
