抽水蓄能機(jī)組頂蓋漏水原因分析

【摘要】:針對某抽水蓄能機(jī)組頂蓋出現(xiàn)的漏水現(xiàn)象,對其在各個運行工況下的頂蓋螺栓總載荷及殘余預(yù)緊力進(jìn)行了計算。由計算結(jié)果可以發(fā)現(xiàn),由于在個別工況下殘余預(yù)緊力小于0,導(dǎo)致了頂蓋漏水,通過調(diào)整螺栓的伸長量,使得殘余預(yù)緊力大于0,漏水現(xiàn)象得到了改善,但是預(yù)緊安全系數(shù)仍無法滿足相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。為此,進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真分析和復(fù)核。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):在現(xiàn)有螺栓數(shù)量的基礎(chǔ)上,通過增加預(yù)緊力雖然可以提高預(yù)緊的安全系數(shù),但同時也得螺栓的總載荷增加,降低材料的安全系數(shù),增加了螺栓斷裂的可能性。針對新問題制定了相應(yīng)的措施,即將螺栓小徑由36 mm增加至52 mm后,通過增加預(yù)緊力提高預(yù)緊安全系數(shù),保證螺栓連接的緊密性,村料的安全系數(shù)也得到了保證。改進(jìn)后的螺栓在機(jī)組運行過程中服役安全。
[Abstract]:The total load and residual preload of cap bolts in a pumped-storage unit are calculated according to the leakage phenomenon in the roof cover of a pumped-storage unit. From the calculation results, it can be found that the residual pretightening force is less than 0 under individual working conditions, which leads to the leakage of the top cover. By adjusting the elongation of the bolt, the residual pretension force is greater than 0, and the leakage phenomenon is improved. However, the pre-tightening safety factor still can not meet the requirements of relevant standards. To this end, carried out serious analysis and review. The results show that on the basis of the number of existing bolts, the safety factor of the bolt can be increased by increasing the pretightening force, but at the same time, the total load of the bolt is increased, the safety factor of the material is reduced, and the possibility of bolt fracture is increased. The corresponding measures are made to solve the new problem, that is, after the bolt diameter is increased from 36 mm to 52 mm, the safety factor of the bolt is improved by increasing the pretension force to ensure the tightness of the bolt connection, and the safety factor of the village material is also guaranteed. The improved bolt is safe in service during the operation of the unit.
