【摘要】：為準(zhǔn)確評價水資源的脆弱性程度,鑒于組合賦權(quán)法精度不足等缺點(diǎn),提出了基于概率論的貝葉斯公式和模糊識別耦合方法,并應(yīng)用于河南省某市2013年的水資源脆弱性綜合評價中。結(jié)果表明,某市2013年的水資源脆弱性評價等級為較不脆弱,與實際情況一致。改進(jìn)后的貝葉斯公式和模糊識別耦合隨機(jī)評價方法采用了組合賦權(quán)法和相對隸屬度綜合確定權(quán)重,從指標(biāo)間和指標(biāo)內(nèi)部兩個方面確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,使評價結(jié)果更加趨于合理。研究成果可為水資源管理和開發(fā)提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately evaluate the vulnerability of water resources, a Bayesian formula based on probability theory and a coupling method of fuzzy recognition are proposed in view of the shortcomings of the combined weighting method, such as insufficient precision, etc. It is applied to the comprehensive assessment of water resources vulnerability in a certain city of Henan province in 2013. The results show that the water resources vulnerability assessment grade of a city in 2013 is not fragile, which is consistent with the actual situation. The improved Bayesian formula and fuzzy recognition coupling random evaluation method adopt the combination weighting method and relative membership degree to determine the weight synthetically. The index weight is determined from the two aspects of the index and the inside of the index, which makes the evaluation result more reasonable. The research results can provide basis for water resources management and development.
