沉箱碼頭施工工藝安全管理信息系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:工程建設施工領域,安全事故常有發(fā)生。港口工程施工是工程建設施工領域一部分。自2008年以來,掀起熱潮了港口建設的熱潮,建設任務不斷加重,安全問題日益凸顯。其中,沉箱碼頭作為港口工程建設中較常用的碼頭結構形式之一,由于其施工過程水上作業(yè)多、人員及船機設備多、影響因素復雜,導致安全施工與施工進度矛盾突出,施工安全管理和監(jiān)督難度較大。因此,有必要建立一個信息化的施工安全管理體系,對沉箱碼頭施工過程中的風險進行識別、評價、應對。從而快速、有效地保證沉箱碼頭的安全施工。目前,,關于整個水運工程施工領域安全風險管理的研究非常少,針對沉箱碼頭施工的安全風險管理研究則更少,更不用說安全管理信息化的研究。為滿足沉箱碼頭安全施工管理信息化、系統(tǒng)化的需要,本文將對沉箱碼頭施工工藝安全管理信息系統(tǒng)研究。 沉箱碼頭施工工藝安全管理信息系統(tǒng)指的是從沉箱碼頭施工準備到竣工的全過程的信息化管理。該信息系統(tǒng)由三個模塊組成,分別是:風險識別模塊、風險評價模塊、風險應對模塊。本文首先在第一、二、三章,分三個模塊對沉箱碼頭施工工藝安全管理信息系統(tǒng)建立的方法及工具進行了選用、整合,分別形成了三個子系統(tǒng)信息化的理論基礎,并分別提出了沉箱碼頭施工風險綜合識別方法、風險評價的DFFM算法(將德爾菲法、事故樹分析法、模糊層次分析法和作業(yè)條件危險性評價法,經過一定的改進和整合后的風險評價法)和基于PDCA循環(huán)的風險應對模式,建立了相應的數據庫或方法庫,構建了相應的軟件實現(xiàn)框架。然后根據系統(tǒng)需求,利用VB語言編程,完成了功能模塊的初步開發(fā)。最后沉箱碼頭施工工藝安全管理信息系統(tǒng)得以初步建立。
[Abstract]:Safety accidents often occur in the field of engineering construction. Port engineering construction is a part of engineering construction field. Since 2008, there has been an upsurge in port construction. Among them, caisson wharf is one of the more commonly used wharf structure forms in port engineering construction. Because of its construction process, there are more water operations, more personnel and ship machinery and equipment, and the influence factors are complicated, which leads to the contradiction between safety construction and construction progress. Construction safety management and supervision is difficult. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an information construction safety management system to identify, evaluate and respond to the risks in caisson wharf construction. Thus, the safe construction of caisson wharf is guaranteed quickly and effectively. At present, the research on safety risk management in the whole construction field of waterway engineering is very few, and the research on safety risk management for caisson wharf construction is even less, let alone the research of safety management information. In order to meet the needs of information and systematization of caisson wharf construction safety management, this paper will study the caisson wharf construction process safety management information system. Caisson Wharf construction process safety management information system refers to the whole process of information management from caisson wharf construction preparation to completion. The information system consists of three modules: risk identification module, risk evaluation module and risk response module. In the first, second and third chapters, this paper selects and integrates the methods and tools of establishing the caisson wharf construction process safety management information system in three modules, and forms the theoretical foundation of the three subsystems' informatization respectively. And put forward the comprehensive identification method of caisson construction risk, the DFFM algorithm of risk evaluation (Delphi method, accident tree analysis method, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process) and working condition risk evaluation method, respectively. After certain improvement and integration of the risk evaluation method) and the risk response model based on PDCA cycle, the corresponding database or method library is established, and the corresponding software implementation framework is constructed. Then according to the system requirements, VB language programming, completed the preliminary development of functional modules. Finally, the caisson wharf construction process safety management information system has been established.
