近海水閘安全鑒定中水閘破壞因素和規(guī)律分析研究

【摘要】:《水閘安全鑒定管理辦法》規(guī)定水閘要定期進(jìn)行安全鑒定,本文分析了近海水閘工作的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題。在總結(jié)浙江省沿海地區(qū)眾多水閘安全鑒定工作的基礎(chǔ)上,針對沿海地區(qū)水閘安全鑒定中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,分析歸納了其結(jié)構(gòu)、運行、管理等規(guī)律特點。為今后水閘安全鑒定工作提出了需要重視的若干要點,對水閘安全鑒定及指導(dǎo)除險加固工程有一定的實際意義。本文總結(jié)了近海水閘的工作狀態(tài)和管理模式,提出了控制運用、工程管理兩方面需要關(guān)注的重點問題。合理的管理、運行是保證水閘安全的關(guān)鍵。指出近海水閘工程運行過程中所面臨的軟土基礎(chǔ)、海水環(huán)境以及錯綜復(fù)雜的自然災(zāi)害作用等特色問題。分析了近海水閘所受的荷載類型,并以黎明水閘為例校核了水閘的泄流消能能力。軟土基礎(chǔ)是近海水閘特點,也是引起過度沉降和不均勻沉降最主要因素。通過對實際工程的安全檢測數(shù)據(jù)分析,和現(xiàn)場的混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)開裂檢測都得到證實。通過有樁基礎(chǔ)和無樁基礎(chǔ)的有限元計算分析,表明了在設(shè)計、施工建設(shè)時期對軟基礎(chǔ)的處理的重要性。在日常運行管理中,也需要堅持進(jìn)行全生命周期的原型觀測,建立全自動安全監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),防止出現(xiàn)過度沉降和不均勻沉降;炷劣行姸燃颁摻Y(jié)構(gòu)的有效承載力是水閘安全鑒定結(jié)果的主要判斷依據(jù)。在實際檢測數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文總結(jié)了近海水閘混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的破壞因素和規(guī)律,指出對于沿海環(huán)境鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的最主要保護(hù)措施應(yīng)是混凝土自身的防護(hù):高性能混凝土和適宜的鋼筋保護(hù)層厚度。還分析了近海水閘鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的銹蝕破壞特點,需要施工和管理部門更加注重對近海水閘的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)保護(hù)。對于不同位置的鋼結(jié)構(gòu),其銹蝕特點不同,事實證明,由氯離子滲透,即海水環(huán)境的污染引起的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)銹蝕是近海環(huán)境最主要和最常見的破壞因素,應(yīng)盡可能阻止鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的銹蝕,延緩其銹蝕啟動時間和銹蝕進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:The Management method of Sluice Safety Appraisal stipulates that the sluice should be evaluated regularly. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of offshore sluice work. On the basis of summarizing the safety appraisal work of many sluices in the coastal areas of Zhejiang Province, the characteristics of structure, operation, management and so on are analyzed and summarized in view of the problems found in the safety appraisal of sluices in coastal areas. Some important points should be paid attention to for the safety appraisal of sluice in the future, which is of practical significance to the safety appraisal of sluice and the guidance of the project of eliminating danger and strengthening. In this paper, the working state and management mode of offshore sluice are summarized, and two important problems that need to be paid attention to in the aspects of control and engineering management are put forward. Reasonable management and operation is the key to ensure the safety of sluice. The characteristics of soft soil foundation, seawater environment and complex natural disasters are pointed out in the course of operation of offshore sluice engineering. The load types of offshore sluice are analyzed, and the discharge and energy dissipation capacity of sluice is checked with the example of dawn sluice. Soft soil foundation is the characteristic of offshore sluice, and also the main factor that causes excessive settlement and uneven settlement. Through the analysis of the actual engineering safety test data, and the site crack detection of concrete structures have been confirmed. Through the finite element analysis of pile foundation and without pile foundation, the importance of soft foundation treatment in design and construction period is shown. In the daily operation management, it is also necessary to persist in the prototype observation of the whole life cycle and establish an automatic safety monitoring system to prevent excessive and uneven settlement. The effective strength of concrete and the effective bearing capacity of steel structure are the main basis for judging the safety of sluice. Based on the actual test data, the failure factors and rules of the offshore sluice concrete structure are summarized in this paper. It is pointed out that the main protection measures for reinforced concrete structures in coastal environment should be the protection of concrete itself: high performance concrete and appropriate thickness of reinforced concrete protective layer. The corrosion damage characteristics of offshore sluice steel structure are also analyzed. It is necessary for the construction and management departments to pay more attention to the steel structure protection of offshore sluice. For steel structures in different positions, the corrosion characteristics are different. It has been proved that the corrosion of steel structures caused by chloride ion permeation, that is, pollution of seawater environment, is the main and most common failure factor in offshore environment. The corrosion of steel structure should be prevented as much as possible and the start time and process of corrosion should be delayed.
