南方海港高樁碼頭鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性評(píng)估及修復(fù)研究

【摘要】:許多上世紀(jì)建造的海港高樁碼頭,其使用年限在遠(yuǎn)未達(dá)到結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)使用年限的情況下,鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)就發(fā)生了不同程度腐蝕損壞現(xiàn)象,輕者,混凝土表面產(chǎn)生大量銹斑、保護(hù)層混凝土開(kāi)裂、鋼筋銹蝕;重者,保護(hù)層混凝土脫落、鋼筋截面變細(xì)甚至銹斷,最終導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)失效。為確保碼頭的結(jié)構(gòu)安全、延長(zhǎng)其使用年限,無(wú)論是主管部門還是碼頭使用方都對(duì)海港高樁碼頭鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的耐久性檢測(cè)評(píng)估和修復(fù)提出了迫切的需求。 本文闡述了南方沿海高樁碼頭鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)腐蝕損壞的現(xiàn)狀以及鋼筋銹蝕損壞的過(guò)程,討論了碼頭結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目和評(píng)估方法,重點(diǎn)闡述氯離子滲透混凝土的機(jī)理、導(dǎo)致影響結(jié)構(gòu)剩余使用年限的氯離子擴(kuò)散系數(shù)計(jì)算方法及其與混凝土表面氯離子濃度的選取、環(huán)境氯離子濃度的確定、保護(hù)層厚度和混凝土強(qiáng)度之間的關(guān)系,得出了海港鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)受氯離子侵蝕后結(jié)構(gòu)腐蝕損壞直至結(jié)構(gòu)失效的使用年限計(jì)算過(guò)程,并成功應(yīng)用于舟山海域某電廠高樁碼頭的耐久性檢測(cè)評(píng)估,取得了明顯效果。同時(shí),對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)沿海高樁碼頭結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性檢測(cè)評(píng)估的內(nèi)容和方法進(jìn)行了研究,得出了以耐久性檢測(cè)評(píng)估為主的“事前控制”碼頭維護(hù)制度。 此外,將海港高樁碼頭鋼筋混凝土腐蝕損壞的修復(fù)方法進(jìn)行了對(duì)比和總結(jié),在哲學(xué)和管理學(xué)的理論基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于全局觀的鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)修復(fù)思路,成功應(yīng)用于舟山海域某電廠高樁碼頭的修復(fù)工程,使碼頭使用年限明顯提高。
[Abstract]:Many harbour high pile wharves built in the last century, whose service life is far from the design life of the structure, corrosion and damage of reinforced concrete structure to varying degrees, light, concrete surface produced a large number of rust spots. In order to ensure the safety of the structure of the wharf and prolong its service life, the concrete of the protective layer is cracked, the steel bar is corroded, the concrete of the cover layer falls off, the section of the steel bar becomes thin and even rusts break, which leads to the failure of the structure. Both the competent authorities and the wharf users have put forward an urgent need for durability evaluation and repair of reinforced concrete structure of high pile wharf. In this paper, the present situation of corrosion damage of reinforced concrete structure of high pile wharf in southern coastal area and the process of corrosion damage of reinforcing steel bar are described. The durability detection items and evaluation methods of wharf structure are discussed, and the mechanism of chloride ion permeating concrete is emphasized. The calculation method of chloride diffusion coefficient which affects the remaining service life of the structure and its relationship with the selection of chloride ion concentration on the surface of concrete, the determination of environmental chloride ion concentration, the thickness of protective layer and the strength of concrete are discussed. The calculation process of the service life of the reinforced concrete structure after chloride ion erosion is obtained, and it is successfully applied to the durability evaluation of the high pile wharf of a power plant in Zhoushan sea area. At the same time, the contents and methods of durability test and evaluation of domestic coastal high-pile wharf structure are studied, and the maintenance system of "pre-control" wharf based on durability inspection and evaluation is obtained. In addition, the paper compares and summarizes the methods of repairing the corrosion damage of reinforced concrete in port wharf, and puts forward the idea of repairing reinforced concrete structure based on the overall view on the basis of philosophy and management theory. It has been successfully applied to the restoration of the high pile wharf in a power plant in Zhoushan sea area, and the service life of the wharf has been improved obviously.
