【摘要】：摘要：在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境下,質(zhì)量成為了企業(yè)的必爭(zhēng)高地。如何在治理管理和控制中提高工程質(zhì)量,顯得非常重要。工程質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣,是企業(yè)能否長(zhǎng)久發(fā)展的重要因素,也是國(guó)計(jì)民生的重要因素。 本文首先對(duì)質(zhì)量管理與控制相關(guān)理念進(jìn)行討論與分析。在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外管理理論分析的過(guò)程中結(jié)合澧河渡槽項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際。深入探討澧河渡槽項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理與控制所要注意的問(wèn)題,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論取其精華,去其糟粕。 其次通過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)質(zhì)量管理與控制理論的研究,對(duì)我國(guó)工程中遇到的常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題加以分析,結(jié)合原有澧河現(xiàn)有的質(zhì)量管理與控制體系進(jìn)行研究,分析其運(yùn)行的過(guò)程和遇到的問(wèn)題,對(duì)遇到的問(wèn)題加以分析,并對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理控制方案、項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)管理體系、項(xiàng)目參建人員素質(zhì)提升等加以改進(jìn)。 最后結(jié)合改進(jìn)了的質(zhì)量管理與控制方案,對(duì)其運(yùn)行控制和分析,對(duì)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施策略實(shí)施步驟,和保障措施加以分析,對(duì)并項(xiàng)目實(shí)施預(yù)評(píng)價(jià),預(yù)防可能存在的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Abstract: under the market economy competition environment, the quality has become the enterprise must contend for the high ground, how to improve the project quality in the governance management and the control, appears to be very important, the quality of the project is the important factor whether the enterprise can develop for a long time. It is also an important factor in the national economy and people's livelihood. This paper first discusses and analyzes the related concepts of quality management and control. In the process of theoretical analysis of management at home and abroad, combining with the practice of Li River aqueduct project, the paper deeply discusses the problems that should be paid attention to in the quality management and control of Li River aqueduct project. Take the essence of the relevant theories at home and abroad, and discard the dross. Secondly, through the research of the relevant quality management and control theory at home and abroad, the common problems encountered in the engineering of our country are analyzed, and the existing quality management and control system of the original Li River is studied. This paper analyzes the running process and problems, analyzes the problems encountered, and improves the project quality control scheme, the project data management system, the quality improvement of the project participants and so on. Finally, combined with the improved quality management and control scheme, the operation control and analysis of the project, the implementation steps of the project implementation strategy and the safeguard measures are analyzed, and the pre-evaluation of the joint project is carried out to prevent the possible problems.
