重慶市馬巖洞水電站防洪影響評價研究

【摘要】:隨著我國工業(yè)化、現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的加快,尤其是近幾年國家對基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)投入的加大,特別是交通、水運(yùn)行業(yè),河道管理范圍內(nèi)跨河、穿堤、臨河等建筑物不斷增多,這些建筑物在發(fā)揮自身作用的同時也對河道防洪功能產(chǎn)生一定的影響。根據(jù)建設(shè)項目的基本情況、所在河段的防洪任務(wù)與防洪要求、防洪工程與河道整治工程布局及其它國民經(jīng)濟(jì)設(shè)施的分布情況等,以及河道演變分析成果、防洪評價計算或試驗研究結(jié)果,對建設(shè)項目的防洪影響進(jìn)行綜合評價,這對新建項目對現(xiàn)有防洪工程的不利影響達(dá)到減輕和降低、維護(hù)管理單位的合法權(quán)宜具有實際指導(dǎo)意義。 本文對重慶市彭水縣郁江馬巖洞水電站對郁江的防洪影響作了評價。主要內(nèi)容為:根據(jù)其所在河段防洪基本情況,通過對本河段河道地質(zhì)、地貌、河床基巖組成等河道地形資料的分析,預(yù)測河道河勢變化趨勢,分析河床演變規(guī)律;通過建立一維數(shù)學(xué)模型,推算馬巖洞水電站所在河段天然狀況及電站建設(shè)情況下的河段水面線;分析工程建設(shè)可能產(chǎn)生的壅水情況,對該河段的行洪影響進(jìn)行分析論證;結(jié)合已有的研究成果,輔以必要的分析計算,分析建設(shè)項目興建后庫區(qū)及壩址下游河段的沖淤情況及淤積趨勢;最后綜合分析電站建設(shè)對防洪及河勢的影響,提出綜合評價意見和建議。 本文主要成果為不同設(shè)計洪水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下的水電站設(shè)計流量及水位計算值;河道演變分析;建橋河段的沖淤計算及結(jié)果分析;橋梁對河道堤防防洪影響的綜合評價;與現(xiàn)有防洪標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的適應(yīng)性分析。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of industrialization and modernization process in our country , especially in recent years , the increasing investment of infrastructure construction , especially in transportation , water transportation industry , river channel management , river crossing , embankment , Linhe and other buildings , have some influence on the flood control function of the river . According to the basic condition of the construction project , the flood control task and flood control requirements , flood control engineering and river regulation project layout and other national economic facilities , the flood control effect of the construction project is comprehensively evaluated .
In this paper , the flood control effect of Yujiang Ma Yandong Hydropower Station in Pengshui county of Chongqing is evaluated . The main contents are as follows : According to the basic situation of flood control in the river section , the author forecasts the trend of river channel change and analyzes the evolution law of river bed by analyzing the river channel geology , landform and riverbed bedrock composition .
By establishing a one - dimensional mathematical model , the natural condition of the river section of Ma Yandong Hydropower Station and the water surface of the river section under the construction of the power station are calculated ;
To analyze the possible backwater condition of the project construction , and analyze the influence of the flood of the river section ;
Combined with the existing research results , it is necessary to analyze and calculate the siltation and siltation tendency of the river section in the reservoir area and downstream of the dam site after the construction of the construction project ;
Finally , comprehensive evaluation opinions and suggestions are put forward by comprehensively analyzing the influence of power station construction on flood control and river potential .
The main results of this paper are the design flow and water level calculation value of hydropower station under different design flood standards ; the analysis of river course evolution ; the calculation and analysis of scour and siltation of Jianqiao River section ; the comprehensive evaluation of the effect of bridge on flood control of river embankment ; and the adaptability analysis of the existing flood control standard .
