【摘要】：采用短時傅里葉變換方法,針對某抽水蓄能電站水泵水輪發(fā)電機組球閥動水關(guān)閉過程中機組及球閥的試驗數(shù)據(jù)進行了分析,研究了球閥動水關(guān)閉前、后及過程中機組及球閥的主要頻率成分變化情況。研究結(jié)果表明:穩(wěn)態(tài)工況下球閥及機組存在明顯的100Hz頻率成分,該頻率成分主要由兩倍的葉片通過頻率產(chǎn)生而非電機極頻振動產(chǎn)生;兩倍葉片過流頻率具有向上傳播的特性,加劇了機組與球閥的振動。
[Abstract]:By using the method of short time Fourier transform, the test data of the ball valve and the ball valve during the dynamic closure of the ball valve of a pump turbine generator set of a pumped storage power station are analyzed, and before the dynamic closure of the ball valve, the test data of the unit and the ball valve are studied. The main frequency components of the unit and the ball valve are changed during the process. The results show that there are obvious 100Hz frequency components in the ball valve and the unit under the steady condition. The frequency component is mainly produced by twice the blade passing through the frequency rather than by the pole frequency vibration of the motor, and the overcurrent frequency of the double blade has the characteristic of upward propagation, which intensifies the vibration of the unit and the ball valve.
