【摘要】：正2017年5月12日,在我國(guó)第九個(gè)"國(guó)家防災(zāi)減災(zāi)日"到來(lái)之際,由水利部、教育部、共青團(tuán)中央聯(lián)合舉辦的"全國(guó)防汛抗旱知識(shí)大賽"在京啟動(dòng)。水利部副部長(zhǎng)、大賽組委會(huì)主任葉建春出席啟動(dòng)儀式并講話。啟動(dòng)儀式上,水利部、教育部、共青團(tuán)中央等單位代表發(fā)言,大賽標(biāo)識(shí)、宣傳畫(huà)和宣傳片發(fā)布,大學(xué)生代表宣讀倡議書(shū)。水利部總規(guī)劃師、大賽組委會(huì)副主任張志彤主持啟動(dòng)儀式。
[Abstract]:On May 12th 2017, on the eve of the Ninth National Day for disaster Prevention and Mitigation in China, the "National Flood Control and drought Relief knowledge Competition", jointly organized by the Ministry of Water Resources, the Ministry of Education and the Communist Youth League Central Committee, was launched in Beijing. Ye Jianchun, director of the Organizing Committee of the contest, attended the launching ceremony and gave a speech. At the launching ceremony, representatives of the Ministry of Water Resources, the Ministry of Education, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and other units spoke, and the logo of the contest, posters and propaganda films were released. The university student representative read out the proposal. Zhang Zhitong, chief planner of the Ministry of Water Resources and deputy director of the contest organizing committee, presided over the launching ceremony.
