基于NSGA-Ⅱ方法的三峽水庫汛末蓄水期多目標(biāo)生態(tài)調(diào)度研究

【摘要】:為充分發(fā)揮三峽水庫的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和生態(tài)效益,建立了以三峽水電站發(fā)電量最大和下游河道適宜生態(tài)流量改變度最小為目標(biāo)的水庫優(yōu)化調(diào)度模型,基于生態(tài)水文學(xué)法量化了下游河道適宜生態(tài)流量。為有效求解多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化問題,引入帶有精英保留策略的非支配排序遺傳算法(non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm,NSGA-II)作為調(diào)度模型的尋優(yōu)算法。通過比較2015年調(diào)度期內(nèi)三峽水庫優(yōu)化調(diào)度方案和現(xiàn)行調(diào)度方案的發(fā)電效益和生態(tài)效益表明:提高生態(tài)流量改變度0.63%可使發(fā)電量增加2.32%,降低0.58%的發(fā)電量將生態(tài)流量改變度降低8.86%。該算法避免了對多目標(biāo)進(jìn)行加權(quán)求解的盲目性,能獲得多個兼顧兩個目標(biāo)且分布均勻、收斂性較好的優(yōu)化調(diào)度方案,為決策者提供了多種可行的選擇。研究成果為三峽水庫蓄水優(yōu)化調(diào)度提供理論依據(jù)和具體方案參考。
[Abstract]:In order to give full play to the economic and ecological benefits of the three Gorges Reservoir, a model for optimal operation of the reservoir is established, which aims at the maximum power generation of the three Gorges Hydropower Station and the minimum change degree of the appropriate ecological discharge in the downstream channel. Based on the method of ecological hydrology, the suitable ecological flow of the downstream river is quantified. In order to solve the multi-objective optimization problem effectively, The non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm NSGA-II) with elite retention strategy is introduced as the optimization algorithm of the dispatching model. By comparing the power generation benefit and generation of the three Gorges Reservoir optimal scheduling scheme and the current dispatching scheme during the operation period of 2015, this paper introduces the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm NSGA-IIs. The results show that increasing the change degree of ecological flow (0.63%) can increase the power generation by 2.322.32, and reduce the power generation by 0.58% (8.86%). The algorithm avoids the blindness of weighted multi-objective solution. A number of optimal scheduling schemes with uniform distribution and good convergence can be obtained which can provide a variety of feasible options for decision makers. The research results provide theoretical basis and specific scheme reference for the optimal operation of the three Gorges Reservoir impoundment.
