南寧市庫堤聯(lián)合防洪優(yōu)化調(diào)度研究

【摘要】:南寧市是廣西首府,洪水災(zāi)害較為頻繁。承擔(dān)南寧市防洪任務(wù)的防洪工程有百色水庫、老口水庫以及邕江防洪大堤。百色水庫以防洪為主,兼顧發(fā)電、灌溉、航運(yùn)、供水等;老口水庫以航運(yùn)、防洪為主。二者分別為郁江第二和第七個梯級。南寧市防洪大堤基本已達(dá)到為50年一遇的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。合理的將防洪工程聯(lián)合并充分發(fā)揮各自調(diào)度及泄流能力優(yōu)勢,來提高南寧市的防洪能力,對城市發(fā)展乃至下游流域的安全都具有重大意義。 本文先對流域以及百色水庫、老口水庫和邕江防洪堤進(jìn)行了簡要介紹。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)洪水的推求原理結(jié)合南寧市流域洪水特征,選取1968.8大洪水作為典型洪水進(jìn)行放大,推求設(shè)計(jì)洪水。結(jié)合百色水庫、老口水庫的防洪調(diào)度原則以及邕江防洪大堤的防洪能力,建立庫堤聯(lián)合防洪優(yōu)化調(diào)度模型,并利用動態(tài)規(guī)劃法對該模型進(jìn)行求解。分析研究百色水庫、老口水庫以及邕江防洪堤相結(jié)合的防洪調(diào)度問題。使之對百色水庫和老口水庫的實(shí)際調(diào)度運(yùn)行有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,更好的為南寧城市建設(shè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供有力保障。
[Abstract]:Nanning is the capital city of Guangxi with frequent flood disasters. The flood control projects in Nanning include Baise Reservoir, Laokou Reservoir and Yongjiang River Flood Control Embankment. Baise Reservoir is mainly for flood control, which takes into account power generation, irrigation, shipping, water supply and so on. The Laokou Reservoir is mainly composed of shipping and flood control. They are the second and seventh steps of the Yujiang River, respectively. The flood control levee in Nanning City has basically reached the standard of once in 50 years. To improve the flood control capacity of Nanning is of great significance to the development of the city and the safety of the downstream river basin. In this paper, the basin, Baise reservoir, Laokou reservoir and Yongjiang flood control embankment are briefly introduced. According to the principle of design flood calculation and the flood characteristics of Nanning river basin, 1968.8 flood is selected as the typical flood to enlarge. Combined with the flood control principle of Baise Reservoir and Laokou Reservoir and the flood control capacity of Yongjiang River flood control embankment, the model of combined optimal flood control operation of reservoir embankment is established. The dynamic programming method is used to solve the model. The flood control operation problem of Baise Reservoir, Laokou Reservoir and Yongjiang River Flood Control embankment is analyzed and studied, which has certain guiding significance for the actual operation of Baise Reservoir and Laokou Reservoir. Better for Nanning urban construction and economic development to provide adequate protection.
