【摘要】：為解決流管模型在雙層垂直軸水輪機(jī)性能計(jì)算中的數(shù)值發(fā)散問題,提出了一種流管模型的修正方法——當(dāng)量密實(shí)度法。當(dāng)量密實(shí)度法將雙層垂直軸葉輪的計(jì)算與單層垂直軸葉輪的計(jì)算進(jìn)行類比,將雙層葉輪變換成為單層葉輪,減少了流管模型的計(jì)算盤面數(shù),從而避免了數(shù)值發(fā)散問題。先利用某型單層垂直軸水輪機(jī)的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和CFD(computational fluid dynamics)計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)流管模型數(shù)值程序的有效性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,同時(shí)分析了流管模型在計(jì)算雙層葉輪性能中存在的困難。給出了當(dāng)量密實(shí)度法的理論,并利用CFD計(jì)算結(jié)果對(duì)新方法的數(shù)值程序進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析。分析結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)量密實(shí)度法的計(jì)算結(jié)果與CFD計(jì)算結(jié)果基本吻合,當(dāng)量密實(shí)度法可以應(yīng)用于雙層垂直軸水輪機(jī)的性能估算。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of numerical divergence of flow tube model in the performance calculation of double-layer vertical shaft turbine, In this paper, a modified method of flow tube model, equivalent compactness method, is proposed. The method of equivalent compactness compares the calculation of double-layer vertical axial impeller with that of single-layer vertical axial impeller, and transforms double-layer impeller into single-layer impeller. The numerical divergence problem is avoided by reducing the number of the calculated surface of the flow tube model. First, the validity of the numerical program of the convection tube model is verified by using the experimental data of a single-layer vertical axis turbine and the CFD(computational fluid dynamic data. At the same time, the difficulties of the flow tube model in calculating the performance of double-layer impeller are analyzed. The theory of equivalent compactness method is given, and the numerical program of the new method is verified by CFD calculation results. The results are analyzed. The equivalent compactness method can be used to estimate the performance of double-layer vertical shaft turbine.
