【摘要】：全面真實反映人類活動占用水資源數(shù)量是實現(xiàn)水資源優(yōu)化管理的前提。水足跡是本世紀初出現(xiàn)的一種衡量水資源利用的新指標,自問世以來就迅速成為研究與應用的熱點。在綜述了水足跡的理論、方法與應用的研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,認為水足跡的優(yōu)點在于能真實反映產(chǎn)品與服務所消耗的水資源數(shù)量,但是也存在不能反映對環(huán)境的影響程度、虛擬水核算不精確、國家間灰水足跡難以比較和忽視污染物特征與自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)自凈能力等問題。
[Abstract]:Reflecting the amount of water resources occupied by human activities is the premise to realize the optimal management of water resources. Water footprint is a new index to measure the utilization of water resources, which appeared at the beginning of this century. The research and application of water footprint has become a hot topic since its inception. On the basis of summarizing the research status of water footprint theory, methods and applications, it is considered that the advantage of water footprint is that it can truly reflect the amount of water resources consumed by products and services. However, there are still some problems, such as not reflecting the degree of influence on the environment, imprecise virtual water accounting, and difficult to compare and ignore the characteristics of pollutants and the self-purification ability of natural ecosystem among countries.
