【摘要】：水利工程項(xiàng)目投資一般都比較大,尤其是大型水利工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,通常投資額高達(dá)數(shù)十億元。調(diào)查統(tǒng)計(jì)顯示,材料成本往往占工程造價(jià)60%~70%,而材料物流費(fèi)用一般占材料費(fèi)用的17%左右,就是說材料物流費(fèi)用占到工程項(xiàng)目造價(jià)的11%左右�？梢�,材料物流對(duì)水利工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)有著重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響。材料物流效率的高低不僅嚴(yán)重影響工程項(xiàng)目的施工進(jìn)度和資金周轉(zhuǎn),更對(duì)工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量和安全有著不可忽視的重要作用。本文從北疆某水利工程(由于工程的重要性等原因,不方便透露具體名稱)材料供應(yīng)鏈物流管理工作的角度出發(fā),通過對(duì)水利工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中材料物流的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)一些材料供應(yīng)鏈物流管理中出現(xiàn)的問題,并提出切實(shí)可行的對(duì)策建議。(1)根據(jù)物流、第三方物流管理的定義,結(jié)合某水利工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的特點(diǎn),在現(xiàn)有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,指出了水利工程材料物流的不同點(diǎn),水利工程材料供應(yīng)鏈物流管理模式的選擇。(2)按照某水利工程材料供應(yīng)鏈物流管理流程,從材料的采購(gòu),供應(yīng)商的選擇,第三方物流管理,材料的質(zhì)量、數(shù)量驗(yàn)收,材料倉(cāng)儲(chǔ),材料核算等多個(gè)流程進(jìn)行材料供應(yīng)鏈物流管理的分析研究。(3)針對(duì)目前水利工程材料供應(yīng)鏈物流管理中,材料物流中存在的數(shù)量問題,第三方物流管理問題,施工單位管理中的隱患加以分析研究,總結(jié)出應(yīng)從加強(qiáng)材料消耗定額管理、施工單位管理和供應(yīng)商管理方面解決材料的數(shù)量問題,從合同管理等方面解決運(yùn)輸問題,為今后新疆的水利工程建設(shè)提供良好的建議。
[Abstract]:The investment in water conservancy projects is generally relatively large, especially in large-scale water conservancy projects, where the investment is usually as high as billions of yuan. According to the survey and statistics, The cost of materials usually accounts for 60% of the project cost, while the cost of material logistics usually accounts for about 17%% of the cost of materials, that is, the cost of material logistics accounts for about 11%% of the cost of the project. Material logistics has an important economic impact on the construction of water conservancy projects. The efficiency of material logistics not only seriously affects the construction schedule and capital turnover of the project, It plays an important role in the quality and safety of engineering construction projects. This paper sets out from the point of view of the material supply chain logistics management of a water conservancy project in Northern Xinjiang (because of the importance of the project, it is not convenient to disclose the specific name). Based on the research of material logistics in the construction of water conservancy project, some problems in material supply chain logistics management are found, and some feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the definition of logistics and third party logistics management. Combined with the characteristics of a water conservancy project construction, on the basis of existing research, the differences of material logistics in water conservancy engineering are pointed out. According to the material supply chain logistics management process of a water conservancy project, from material purchasing, supplier selection, third party logistics management, material quality, quantity acceptance, material storage, Material accounting and other processes of material supply chain logistics management analysis and research. 3) in view of the current water conservancy engineering material supply chain logistics management, material logistics in the number of problems, third party logistics management problems, The hidden dangers in the management of construction units are analyzed and studied. It is concluded that the problems of quantity of materials should be solved from the aspects of material consumption quota management, construction unit management and supplier management, and transportation problems should be solved from the aspects of contract management, etc. To provide good suggestions for the construction of water conservancy projects in Xinjiang.
