淤泥攪拌固化法在海堤工程基礎(chǔ)處理中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:基于淤泥固化技術(shù)在浙江省某圍墾工程海堤淤泥基礎(chǔ)處理中的應(yīng)用,對淤泥固化技術(shù)在工程實際應(yīng)用中的一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行總結(jié)分析,如固化劑配比中各配方(水泥、減水劑、時候、石膏以及粉煤灰)摻量對淤泥固化土無側(cè)限抗壓強度的影響關(guān)系進行現(xiàn)場試驗分析,為實際工程設(shè)計節(jié)省大量資金,并能充分發(fā)揮固化土的優(yōu)勢,根據(jù)現(xiàn)在正交試驗數(shù)據(jù),確定工程案例中固化劑摻量為15%,最后,通過對28d固化土取樣試驗分析,認為固化土28d無側(cè)限抗壓強度≥1.0MPa。
[Abstract]:Based on the application of silt solidification technology in the foundation treatment of silt in a reclamation project in Zhejiang Province, the paper summarizes and analyzes some key technologies of silt solidification technology in practical engineering application, such as various formulations (cement, water reducing agent) in the proportion of curing agent. At the same time, the influence of gypsum and fly ash on the unconfined compressive strength of silt solidified soil is analyzed by field test, which saves a lot of money for practical engineering design, and can give full play to the advantages of solidified soil. According to the present orthogonal test data, the content of curing agent in engineering cases is determined to be 15. Finally, through sampling and analysis of 28d solidified soil, it is considered that the unconfined compressive strength of solidified soil for 28 days is 鈮,
