珠海碼頭防波堤工程的施工質量管理研究

【摘要】:質量是工程建設的生命之源,好的工程質量能夠給項目建設帶來良好的附加值。工程項目產品的使用壽命很長,需要經受時間的考驗。工程項目的質量管理不僅關系到工程的實用性和投資效果,而且關系到人的生命財產安全。因此,工程質量管理成為項目管理各項工作中的重中之重。然而,由于項目的建設工期長,參與人員多,組織結構復雜,常常導致項目質量控制具有相當的難度。為了保證項目的質量,管理者必須從項目的計劃、設計、施工和人員監(jiān)督等方面,全過程、全方位地對整個項目進行有效的管理和控制。 一個好的工程項目其質量管理要貫穿項目始終,從最初的規(guī)劃設計環(huán)節(jié)開始就要嚴格把關,把最好的規(guī)劃設計呈現,避免后期重復的修改造成成本浪費。在施工的環(huán)節(jié)中要嚴格管理,從人員管理到施工管理雙管齊下,將質量事故在過程中消滅掉。同時在后期的驗收環(huán)節(jié)要加強驗收的標準以及驗收的及時性,發(fā)現問題及時解決。 工程質量的控制主要體現在兩個方面:一個是建筑施工質量的的耐久性,能夠達到長期的有效使用。第二是能夠很好的控制節(jié)約成本,將建筑成本使用效益最大化。實現工程的可持續(xù)利用和使用過程當中的經濟效益的持續(xù)性。本篇論文通過對珠海碼頭防波堤項目的工程質量管理方面著手,從碼頭設計開始,著手對項目設計進行質量管控設計,碼頭防波堤工程設計大多會出現設計方案在實際施工過程中承載量與后期運營使用過程中運載量相脫節(jié)。所以在設計過程就力求設計的承載量略大于預測的運營運載量,,避免出現設計與使用過程的脫節(jié),讓設計具有前瞻性。在施工過程中,加強人員的管理,加強人員質量管理意識、管理知識的灌輸,將質量事故控制在萌芽狀態(tài)。在后期的質量檢驗過程中加強建立單位、質監(jiān)部門的橫向對接與溝通,爭取在碼頭防波堤建設過程中的質量問題第一時間進行解決。 在實際的工程項目管理過程中,管理者也十分重視質量控制,但對其中的一些關鍵性的問題存在理解上的誤差,項目執(zhí)行上的偏差,致使建設項目出現質量問題。為了保證工程質量控制,有必要分析質量控制存在的問題,在本項目質量控制過程中,通過對于設計、施工以及驗收過程的質量管理,防波堤工程在建設工期得以保證,在正常的質量情況下成本減少,這都依賴于工程質量管理控制在該項目建設過程中的應用。
[Abstract]:Quality is the source of life in engineering construction. Good engineering quality can bring good added value to project construction. The service life of project products is very long. The quality management of engineering project is not only related to the practicability and investment effect of the project, but also related to the safety of human life and property. Engineering quality management has become the most important part of the project management. However, because of the long construction period, the number of participants and the complexity of the organization structure. In order to ensure the quality of the project, the manager must plan, design, construct and supervise the whole project from the aspects of project planning, design, construction and personnel supervision. Manage and control the whole project in all directions. The quality management of a good engineering project should run through the project all the time, from the beginning of the initial planning and design link we must strictly control the door, and present the best planning and design. Avoid repeated modification of late resulting in cost waste. In the construction of the link to strict management, from personnel management to construction management both. Eliminate the quality accident in the process. At the same time, strengthen the acceptance standard and the timeliness of acceptance in the later stage, and solve the problem in time. This paper through the Zhuhai wharf breakwater project engineering quality management. Starting with the design of the wharf, the quality control design of the project design is carried out. Most of the design schemes of wharf breakwater engineering will be disconnected from the carrying capacity in the actual construction process and in the later operation and use process. Strive for the first time to solve the quality problems in the construction process of the breakwater of the wharf. In the actual project management process, managers also attach great importance to quality control, but there are some key problems in the understanding of errors, project implementation deviation. In order to ensure the quality control of the project, it is necessary to analyze the problems existing in the quality control. The quality management of construction and acceptance process, the breakwater project can be guaranteed during the construction period, and the cost is reduced under the normal quality condition, which all depend on the application of the engineering quality management control in the construction process of the project.
