【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的土石壩壩坡穩(wěn)定可靠度分析大多是基于極限平衡法得到的功能函數(shù)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。然而這樣得到的功能函數(shù)即不能真實(shí)的反映土體的受力狀態(tài),又未能考慮壩體內(nèi)的滲流作用。這樣就會(huì)導(dǎo)致計(jì)算結(jié)果偏大。為解決這些問(wèn)題,本文采用替代模型來(lái)逼近真實(shí)的功能函數(shù),從而利用替代模型來(lái)計(jì)算土石壩壩坡穩(wěn)定可靠度。由于支持向量機(jī)具有出色的小樣本學(xué)習(xí)能力,能夠利用少量的樣本構(gòu)造逼真的替代模型,因此本文將支持向量回歸機(jī)與傳統(tǒng)的可靠度計(jì)算方法結(jié)合提出SVR-MC法。將SVR-MC法與傳統(tǒng)的可靠度分析方法對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn)其計(jì)算精度能夠滿足工程需求,且計(jì)算效率高。將SVR-MC法應(yīng)用于土石壩可靠度計(jì)算時(shí)需要利用少量樣本對(duì)支持向量機(jī)進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練。由于拉丁超立方抽樣能夠均勻、隨機(jī)的抽取樣本,因此利用其對(duì)基本隨機(jī)變量進(jìn)行抽樣,并利用Abaqus軟件,使用強(qiáng)度折減法計(jì)算出相應(yīng)的壩坡安全系數(shù),從而得到分布較均勻的訓(xùn)練樣本。采用有限元強(qiáng)度折減法計(jì)算壩坡安全系數(shù)時(shí)能夠考慮壩體內(nèi)滲流場(chǎng)和應(yīng)力場(chǎng)的耦合作用,因此利用支持向量機(jī)得到的代替模型能更好的反映真實(shí)的功能函數(shù)。最后,把提出的基于支持向量機(jī)的土石壩可靠度計(jì)算方法應(yīng)用于澄碧河水庫(kù)土石壩可靠度分析中。以澄碧河水庫(kù)大壩加固前為研究對(duì)象,以大壩上游水位為185m,下游水位為132為計(jì)算工況。將計(jì)算結(jié)果與傳統(tǒng)的基于極限平衡法的可靠度計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)考慮滲流作用計(jì)算得到的可靠指標(biāo)要比不考慮滲流作用的結(jié)果小一些。結(jié)果表明:基于支持向量機(jī)的土石壩可靠度分析方法計(jì)算精度滿足工程要求,計(jì)算結(jié)果合理、準(zhǔn)確,對(duì)土體分布復(fù)雜的土石壩進(jìn)行可靠度分析具有很大潛力,值得推廣使用。
[Abstract]:The traditional stability reliability analysis of earth-rock dam slope is based on the function function obtained by the limit equilibrium method. However, the function function can not truly reflect the stress state of soil. In order to solve these problems, the substitution model is used to approximate the real function function. Therefore, the stability reliability of earth-rockfill dam slope can be calculated by using the substitution model. Because of the excellent learning ability of small sample, the support vector machine can construct a realistic replacement model with a small number of samples. In this paper, the support vector regression machine is combined with the traditional reliability calculation method and the SVR-MC method is put forward. Comparing the SVR-MC method with the traditional reliability analysis method, it is found that the accuracy of the method can meet the needs of engineering. Beg. When applying SVR-MC method to the reliability calculation of earth-rockfill dam, a small number of samples should be used to train the support vector machine. Because the Latin hypercube sampling can be uniform, the samples can be taken randomly. Therefore, the basic random variables are sampled, and the corresponding safety factor of dam slope is calculated by using the strength reduction method and Abaqus software. Thus, the uniform distribution of training samples can be obtained. The coupling effect of seepage field and stress field in dam body can be considered when the safety factor of dam slope is calculated by using the finite element strength reduction method. Therefore, the substitute model obtained by support vector machine can better reflect the real function. Finally. The reliability calculation method of earth-rock dam based on support vector machine is applied to the reliability analysis of earth-rock dam in Chengbihe Reservoir. Before the dam is strengthened Chengbihe Reservoir is taken as the research object and the upstream water level of the dam is 185m. The downstream water level is 132 as the calculation condition. The calculation results are compared with the traditional reliability calculation results based on limit equilibrium method. It is found that the reliability index calculated by considering seepage action is smaller than that without seepage effect. The results show that the reliability analysis method based on support vector machine can meet the requirements of engineering. The calculation results are reasonable and accurate, and the reliability analysis of earth and rock dams with complex soil distribution has great potential and is worth popularizing.
