低碳高鈮X100管線鋼的靜態(tài)軟化行為

【摘要】:通過熱模擬試驗機對低碳高鈮X100管線鋼進行雙道次熱壓縮試驗,研究了其靜態(tài)軟化行為,建立了該管線鋼靜態(tài)再結(jié)晶動力學(xué)模型。結(jié)果表明:該管線鋼的靜態(tài)軟化行為受道次間隔時間和變形溫度的影響較大;隨著變形溫度的升高和道次間隔時間的延長,試驗鋼的靜態(tài)軟化率增大;當變形溫度低于950℃時,試驗鋼不會發(fā)生靜態(tài)再結(jié)晶行為,而當變形溫度高于1 000℃時,試驗鋼可以實現(xiàn)完全靜態(tài)再結(jié)晶;通過建立的模型計算得到該鋼的靜態(tài)再結(jié)晶激活能為325kJ·mol-1,與采用化學(xué)成分經(jīng)驗公式法求得的結(jié)果相吻合。
[Abstract]:The double pass thermal compression test of low carbon and high niobium X100 pipeline steel was carried out by thermal simulation tester. The static softening behavior of the pipeline steel was studied and the dynamic model of static crystallization of the pipeline steel was established.
