低傷害低腐蝕的無(wú)固相修井液體系研制與性能評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:在南海西部油田修井作業(yè)過(guò)程中,修井液濾失進(jìn)入地層造成儲(chǔ)層傷害。為解決現(xiàn)場(chǎng)修井液對(duì)管材腐蝕嚴(yán)重、易引發(fā)黏土水化膨脹、降低儲(chǔ)層滲透率等問(wèn)題,研制了一種低傷害低腐蝕的新型無(wú)固相修井液,對(duì)黏土防膨劑、助排劑和弱酸MHA進(jìn)行了篩選,確定了修井液體系的最佳配方,研究了修井液的緩蝕性和對(duì)巖心滲透率的影響。結(jié)果表明,修井液體系組成為過(guò)濾海水、5%有機(jī)鹽黏土防膨劑TFB-2、0.5%黏土防膨劑HAS、1%MHA、0.5%助排劑FC310時(shí)可有效抑制黏土水化膨脹,其黏土防膨率(約90%)大于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)修井液(70%);對(duì)管材的腐蝕速率低,70℃下對(duì)鋼片的腐蝕速率為1.2361 g/(m~2·h),僅為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)修井液的43.8%;新型修井液可提高巖心滲透率,處理巖心后的巖心滲透率恢復(fù)率約為110%,大于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)修井液的70%。新型修井液油水界面張力低、易于返排,可有效提高近井地帶的儲(chǔ)層滲透率,性能優(yōu)于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)修井液。
[Abstract]:During workover operation in the western South China Sea oil field, reservoir damage is caused by fluid filtration into the formation. In order to solve the problems such as serious corrosion of workover fluid to pipe material, easy to cause clay hydration expansion and reduce reservoir permeability, a new type of workover fluid without solid phase with low damage and low corrosion was developed to prevent clay from swelling. The optimum formulation of workover fluid system was determined and the corrosion inhibition of workover fluid and its influence on core permeability were studied. The results show that the liquid system of workover well consists of filtered seawater, 5% organic salt clay anti-swelling agent TFB-2,0.5% clay anti-swelling agent HAS,1%MHA,0.5% drainage aid FC310 can effectively inhibit the hydration expansion of clay.
