含蠟原油及其乳狀液蠟沉積研究現(xiàn)狀

【摘要】:蠟沉積是含蠟原油及其乳狀液管輸過(guò)程中的常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題,深入研究蠟沉積問(wèn)題對(duì)保障管道安全經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行具有重要意義;诖,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外含蠟原油及其乳狀液蠟沉積的相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)評(píng)述,具體包括:蠟沉積機(jī)制及影響因素,不同實(shí)驗(yàn)研究方法及其裝置的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),以及現(xiàn)有動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,進(jìn)而指出原油蠟沉積模型的構(gòu)建機(jī)理、特點(diǎn)及待完善之處。含蠟原油乳狀液蠟沉積模型均以單相原油蠟沉積模型為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建,總結(jié)了其構(gòu)建方法,并對(duì)現(xiàn)有乳狀液模型進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。通過(guò)對(duì)目前含蠟原油及其乳狀液蠟沉積機(jī)理、模型、方法及裝置等進(jìn)行全面總結(jié),為今后深入開(kāi)展相關(guān)研究提供必要的參考。
[Abstract]:Wax deposition is a common problem in the pipeline transportation process of waxy crude oil and emulsion liquid. It is of great significance to study wax deposition in order to ensure the safe and economical operation of pipelines. Based on this, the relative research results of waxy crude oil and emulsion wax deposition at home and abroad are systematically reviewed, including: wax deposition mechanism and influencing factors, advantages and disadvantages of different experimental research methods and their devices, and existing kinetic models. Furthermore, the paper points out the mechanism, characteristics and the points to be improved of the model of crude oil wax deposition. The wax deposition models of waxy crude oil emulsion are all based on single-phase crude oil wax deposition models. The construction methods are summarized and the existing emulsion models are compared and analyzed. The mechanism, model, method and equipment of waxy crude oil and its emulsion wax deposition are summarized in order to provide the necessary reference for further research in the future.
