7LZ172金屬螺桿馬達(dá)研制

【摘要】:螺桿鉆具作為一種容積式井下動力鉆具,被廣泛應(yīng)用于鉆井作業(yè)之中,具有良好的效果。然而當(dāng)下隨著鉆井深度的不斷增加,井底溫度不斷升高,對鉆具的耐高溫性能要求越來越高。常規(guī)螺桿鉆具中,由于其核心部件馬達(dá)中的定子由橡膠材料制成,由于橡膠材料自身的特性,越來越難以應(yīng)對深井、超深井鉆井工況中的高溫、腐蝕、磨損工況,因此設(shè)計不含有橡膠部件的,金屬材料制成的螺桿馬達(dá)具有十分重要的意義。為設(shè)計金屬螺桿馬達(dá),本文首先對螺桿馬達(dá)的工作原理、工作特性進(jìn)行了分析,特別是對實現(xiàn)其結(jié)構(gòu)及功能的螺桿馬達(dá)線型進(jìn)行了分析,選用了普通內(nèi)擺線等距線型作為所設(shè)計7LZ172單級金屬螺桿馬達(dá)的線型,計算了馬達(dá)的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)。將金屬螺桿馬達(dá)定、轉(zhuǎn)子間的配合關(guān)系由常規(guī)螺桿馬達(dá)中的過盈配合改為間隙配合,完成了馬達(dá)的設(shè)計并使用Creo Parametric軟件建立了不同間隙值下馬達(dá)的三維實體模型。通過對螺桿馬達(dá)工作原理及工作特性的分析,選擇壓降為目標(biāo)參數(shù),使用ANSYS Fluent軟件對所建立7LZ172單級金屬螺桿馬達(dá)三維實體模型進(jìn)行流場仿真分析,分析了間隙值、鉆井液性能等不同參數(shù)對馬達(dá)性能的影響。分別采用電解加工工藝和數(shù)控機(jī)床螺旋銑削加工工藝分別進(jìn)行了7LZ172單級金屬螺桿馬達(dá)定、轉(zhuǎn)子樣件的加工,通過交叉配合獲得了多組不同間隙值的螺桿馬達(dá),設(shè)計并實施了常溫增壓測試試驗,對試驗結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:As a kind of displacement downhole power drilling tool, screw drill tool is widely used in drilling operation and has good effect. However, with the increasing of drilling depth, the bottom hole temperature is increasing, and the high temperature resistance of drilling tools is becoming more and more important. In conventional screw drilling tools, because the stator in the motor, its core component, is made of rubber material, because of the characteristics of the rubber material itself, it is becoming more and more difficult to cope with the high temperature, corrosion and wear conditions in the drilling conditions of deep wells and ultra-deep wells. Therefore, it is very important to design screw motor made of metal material without rubber parts. In order to design the metal screw motor, the working principle and working characteristics of the screw motor are analyzed in this paper, especially the linear shape of the screw motor which realizes its structure and function. The general inner cycloid equidistant line is selected as the linear type of the 7LZ172 single stage metal screw motor. The key parameters of the motor are calculated. The fit relationship between rotor and stator of metal screw motor was changed from interference fit in conventional screw motor to clearance fit. The design of motor was completed and the 3D solid model of motor with different clearance values was established by using Creo Parametric software. Based on the analysis of the working principle and working characteristics of the screw motor, the pressure drop is selected as the target parameter, and the flow field simulation analysis of the 7LZ172 single-stage metal screw motor three-dimensional solid model is carried out by using ANSYS Fluent software, and the gap value is analyzed. Effects of drilling fluid performance and other parameters on motor performance. The 7LZ172 single-stage metal screw motor and rotor sample were machined by electrolytic machining and NC machine helical milling respectively, and many groups of screw motors with different clearance values were obtained by cross-matching. Design and implement the test of pressurization at room temperature, and analyze the test results.
