【摘要】：環(huán)氧粉末涂層油管在大港油田腐蝕油井進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)應(yīng)用,在井筒內(nèi)防腐方面取得了較好的應(yīng)用效果,但由于抽油機(jī)有桿泵桿管偏磨問(wèn)題損壞了油管涂層,使防腐性能下降,對(duì)其耐磨性能需要進(jìn)一步研究認(rèn)識(shí)。通過(guò)開(kāi)展涂層油管偏磨試驗(yàn),研究分析了不同類(lèi)型扶正器對(duì)涂層油管的磨損速率,并預(yù)測(cè)環(huán)氧粉末涂層油管的耐磨周期,為優(yōu)選最優(yōu)摩擦副,提高環(huán)氧粉末涂層油管使用周期提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Epoxy powder coated tubing has been tested and applied in the corrosion well of Dagang Oilfield, and good application effect has been obtained in wellbore anticorrosion. However, due to the problem of partial wear of rod and pipe in pumping unit, the coating of tubing has been damaged and the anticorrosion performance has been reduced. Further research is needed on its wear resistance. In this paper, the wear rate of coated tubing with different centralizers is studied and analyzed through the partial wear test of coated tubing, and the wear resistance period of coated tubing with epoxy powder is predicted, and the optimum friction pair is selected. Improving the life cycle of epoxy powder coated tubing provides theoretical basis.
