有機(jī)硼鋯交聯(lián)劑的制備與延緩交聯(lián)效果

【摘要】:為獲得耐高溫、抗剪切性和延緩交聯(lián)效果良好的交聯(lián)劑,在80℃下,以檸檬酸、丙三醇、甲醛、三乙醇胺為配位體,氯氧化鋯與硼砂為主要成分,合成了紅棕色黏稠狀的有機(jī)硼鋯交聯(lián)劑。優(yōu)選了制備交聯(lián)劑的最佳條件,研究了交聯(lián)劑和調(diào)節(jié)劑加量對交聯(lián)時間的影響,評價了凍膠的破膠性和耐溫抗剪切性。結(jié)果表明,制備交聯(lián)劑時,氯氧化鋯與硼砂的最佳質(zhì)量比為0.9~1.5;調(diào)節(jié)劑、交聯(lián)劑與壓裂液基液的最佳體積比為0.4∶0.5∶100,此條件下的交聯(lián)挑掛時間為64 s;在瓜爾膠壓裂液基液中加入0.001%~0.003%過硫酸銨,破膠時間為6~12 h,破膠液黏度與表面張力均符合行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求;凍膠在140℃、170 s-1下經(jīng)連續(xù)剪切90 min的黏度約100 m Pa·s。該交聯(lián)劑耐溫抗剪切性和延緩交聯(lián)效果較好,可滿足大部分油氣井壓裂施工需要。
