【摘要】：頂升裝置是保證深海采油平臺(tái)浮托安裝順利進(jìn)行的關(guān)鍵裝置。針對(duì)頂升裝置夾持結(jié)構(gòu)中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),提出了一種新型的插板式夾持機(jī)構(gòu)。以支撐筒的內(nèi)徑、高度和插板槽距底面高度為設(shè)計(jì)變量,支撐筒的總質(zhì)量最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),最大等效應(yīng)力和最大變形量為約束條件,通過(guò)有限元分析軟件對(duì)新型夾持機(jī)構(gòu)的直接承重部件支撐筒結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化分析,明顯減輕了新型夾持機(jī)構(gòu)支撐筒的質(zhì)量,結(jié)構(gòu)更加簡(jiǎn)單合理,可靠性高。
[Abstract]:Lifting device is the key device to ensure the installation of floating support for deep-sea oil recovery platform. Aiming at the weak link in the clamping structure of the lifting device, a new type of clamping mechanism is proposed. Taking the inner diameter, height and the height of the bottom surface of the slot as the design variables, the minimum mass of the support tube is the objective function, and the maximum equivalent stress and the maximum deformation are the constraint conditions. By means of the finite element analysis software, the support tube structure of the new type clamping mechanism with direct load-bearing components is optimized and analyzed, which obviously reduces the quality of the new clamping mechanism support tube, and the structure is simpler and more reasonable, and the reliability is higher.
