低滲透裂縫性油藏水平井壓裂優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著水平井?dāng)?shù)量的增多以及大型壓裂技術(shù)不斷發(fā)展進(jìn)步,利用水平井技術(shù)結(jié)合大規(guī)模壓裂技術(shù)已經(jīng)成為開(kāi)發(fā)低滲透裂縫性油藏的主要手段。利用數(shù)值模擬方法對(duì)水平井裂縫參數(shù)和施工參數(shù)的優(yōu)化,來(lái)指導(dǎo)水平井壓裂改造,對(duì)提高壓裂水平井的開(kāi)發(fā)效果具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文主要基于紅河油田水平井壓裂后造成含水快速升高、產(chǎn)能大幅遞減等問(wèn)題,應(yīng)用研究區(qū)壓裂井資料的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、理論分析、數(shù)值模擬綜合研究方法,最終得出一套低滲透裂縫性油藏水平井壓裂的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。首先,低滲透裂縫性油藏水平井壓裂特征分析,基于壓裂施工曲線(xiàn),分析紅河油田長(zhǎng)8低滲透油藏壓竄井特征及原因。第二,低滲透裂縫性油藏水平井壓裂后產(chǎn)能分析與裂縫參數(shù)優(yōu)化,通過(guò)數(shù)值模擬軟件(CMG軟件),建立單/雙水平井的壓裂縫不同的幾何參數(shù)與組合模型,利用裂縫性油藏單滲和雙滲計(jì)算模型,得到產(chǎn)能圖版;考察壓竄單一因素對(duì)產(chǎn)能的影響,對(duì)紅河油田長(zhǎng)8油藏進(jìn)行產(chǎn)能預(yù)測(cè)和裂縫參數(shù)優(yōu)化,提出預(yù)防壓竄措施。第三,通過(guò)優(yōu)化壓裂后裂縫參數(shù),利用壓裂設(shè)計(jì)軟件(Fracpro PT軟件)優(yōu)化壓裂施工參數(shù)。進(jìn)而針對(duì)紅河油田長(zhǎng)8低滲透裂縫性油藏壓裂實(shí)例,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)資料以及油藏地質(zhì)狀況,提出預(yù)防壓竄的優(yōu)化裂縫參數(shù)、壓裂施工參數(shù),指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing number of horizontal wells and the continuous development and progress of large-scale fracturing technology, the use of horizontal well technology combined with large-scale fracturing technology has become the main means to develop low-permeability fractured reservoirs. The application of numerical simulation to the optimization of fracture parameters and operation parameters of horizontal wells is of great practical significance to improve the development effect of horizontal wells. Based on the problems of rapid increase of water cut and large decrease of productivity after fracturing in horizontal wells in Honghe Oilfield, this paper applies the statistical analysis, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation comprehensive research method of fracturing well data in the research area. Finally, a set of optimization design of horizontal well fracturing in low permeability fractured reservoir is obtained. Firstly, the fracturing characteristics of horizontal wells in low permeability fractured reservoirs are analyzed. Based on the fracturing curve, the characteristics and causes of fracturing and channeling in Chang8 and low permeability reservoirs in Honghe Oilfield are analyzed. Second, productivity analysis and fracture parameter optimization after fracturing in low permeability fractured reservoir. Through numerical simulation software CMG software, different geometric parameters and combination models of single / double horizontal wells are established. By using the single permeability and double permeability calculation models of fractured reservoir, the productivity chart is obtained, the influence of single factor of pressure channeling on productivity is investigated, the productivity prediction and fracture parameter optimization of Chang 8 reservoir in Honghe Oilfield are carried out, and the measures to prevent pressure channeling are put forward. Thirdly, by optimizing fracture parameters after fracturing, fracturing parameters are optimized by fracturing design software (Fracpro PT). According to the fracturing example of Chang8 low permeability fractured reservoir in Honghe Oilfield, combined with field data and reservoir geological condition, the optimized fracture parameters and fracturing construction parameters to prevent pressure channeling are put forward to guide field operation.
