塔里木高含硫地區(qū)鉆井井控安全研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)石油天然氣勘探開發(fā)的不斷深入,深井超深井鉆井(4500m~7000m)已較為普遍。塔里木油氣田普遍具有高溫、高壓、高含硫的特點(diǎn)。高含硫氣藏一般易出現(xiàn)異常高壓地層,鉆進(jìn)過程中容易發(fā)生氣侵,高含硫氣體侵入后氣體在井筒密度、黏度等物性變化較大,特別是在近井口處體積急劇膨脹,而且時(shí)間極短,易導(dǎo)致井涌或井噴等鉆井事故,造成嚴(yán)重的后果,因而有必要開展高含硫氣體侵入時(shí)流動(dòng)規(guī)律的研究,根據(jù)流動(dòng)規(guī)律采取相應(yīng)的井筒控制措施。本文在酸性天然氣PVT特性分析基礎(chǔ)上,優(yōu)選了其密度、黏度等物性參數(shù)計(jì)算方法;并針對(duì)酸性氣體中的主要成分甲烷、硫化氫、二氧化碳,通過對(duì)比采用高精度的亥姆霍茲(Helmholtz)自由能方法計(jì)算其主要物性,在此基礎(chǔ)上,建立高含硫氣體侵入井筒流動(dòng)傳熱耦合模型,分析研究了高含硫氣體侵入井筒流動(dòng)規(guī)律及其影響因素,揭示了高含硫酸性氣體(包括純酸性組分)在鉆井井筒內(nèi)流動(dòng)的機(jī)理,為高含硫氣體井涌、井噴事故的預(yù)防及處理方法提供理論基礎(chǔ),為塔里木油田高含硫地區(qū)安全、高效鉆井提供技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the development of petroleum and natural gas exploration and development in China, deep and ultra-deep well drilling has become more common. Tarim oil and gas fields are generally characterized by high temperature, high pressure and high sulfur content. High sulfur gas reservoirs are prone to abnormal high pressure formation. Gas invasion is easy to take place in drilling process. The physical properties of gas such as wellbore density, viscosity and so on change greatly after high sulfur gas intrusion, especially when the volume expands rapidly near the wellhead, and the time is very short, which can easily lead to drilling accidents such as wellbore or blowout. Because of the serious consequences, it is necessary to study the flow law of high sulfur gas intrusion and to take corresponding wellbore control measures according to the flow law. Based on the analysis of the PVT characteristics of acid natural gas, the density of the gas is optimized. The viscosity and other physical parameters are calculated, and the main physical properties of methane, hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide, which are the main components of acid gas, are calculated by comparing the high precision Helmholtz-based free energy method. The heat transfer coupling model of high sulfur gas intruding into wellbore is established. The flow law and its influencing factors are analyzed and studied, and the mechanism of high sulfuric acid gas (including pure acid component) flowing in well bore is revealed. It provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of high sulfur gas wellbore and blowout accidents, and provides technical guidance for safe and efficient drilling in the high sulfur bearing area of Tarim Oilfield.
