【摘要】:本論文綜合運(yùn)用模擬仿真技術(shù)(CFD-計算流體動力學(xué)),分析不同類型的消音器結(jié)構(gòu),并研究其流體特性,綜合衡量其消聲性能;結(jié)合空氣鉆井的實(shí)際工況需要,著重分析研究抗性消音器。本文主要研究工作包括:消聲器的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、分析邊界條件等參數(shù)變化對消聲器消聲性能的影響;結(jié)合實(shí)際應(yīng)用情況分析CFD法來模擬分析消聲器性能的有效性。壓力損失是消音器設(shè)計需重點(diǎn)關(guān)注分析的,其主要受消音器的結(jié)構(gòu)以及邊界條件的設(shè)置等情況影響,驗(yàn)證CFD法計算抗性消音器壓力損失的有效性,用頻譜分析法研究,對抗性消音器進(jìn)行設(shè)計,研究其消聲特性,結(jié)合抗性消音器的流體動力學(xué)特性研究抗性消音器的綜合性能。本論文主要目的是提供一個基于CFD仿真和實(shí)際應(yīng)用相結(jié)合的抗性消音器整體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方法,通過在設(shè)計中綜合考慮流體動力學(xué)特性和聲學(xué)特性提高抗性消音器的設(shè)計質(zhì)量。本文用CFD法定量地研究了簡單消音器的壓力損失隨消音器結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)和邊界條件的變化規(guī)律,結(jié)合己有的消音器聲學(xué)研究結(jié)論,研究了基于CFD仿真的抗性消音器設(shè)計方法,總結(jié)了相應(yīng)的設(shè)計步驟:設(shè)計目標(biāo)確定、消音器氣流參數(shù)確定、結(jié)構(gòu)初步設(shè)計、壓力損失計算、消音器內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證等。
[Abstract]:In this paper, CFD-Computational fluid Dynamics (CFD) technique is used to analyze the structure of different types of silencers, to study their fluid characteristics, to evaluate their sound attenuation performance, and to combine with the actual operating conditions of air drilling. The main work of this paper is as follows: the structural design of muffler and the influence of boundary conditions on the muffler's performance; CFD method is used to simulate and analyze the effectiveness of muffler performance. The pressure loss is analyzed by the silencer design, which is mainly affected by the silencer structure and the setting of boundary conditions. To verify the effectiveness of the CFD method in calculating the pressure loss of the resistant silencers, the spectrum analysis method is used to design the resistant silencers, and the characteristics of the anti-silencers are studied. The purpose of this paper is to provide a design method for the overall structure of resistant silencers based on CFD simulation and practical application. The design quality of resistant silencers is improved by considering both hydrodynamic and acoustic characteristics in the design. The variation of pressure loss of simple silencers with structural parameters and boundary conditions of simple silencers is studied quantitatively by CFD method. Combined with the acoustics research conclusions of existing silencers, the design method of resistant silencers based on CFD simulation is studied. The corresponding design steps are summarized as follows: determination of design objectives, determination of airflow parameters of silencers, preliminary design of structures, calculation of pressure loss. Silencer internal structure design and test verification.
