家裝企業(yè)內(nèi)部設(shè)計(jì)溝通模式研究

【摘要】:摘要:自20世紀(jì)90年代,房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起來(lái),裝飾設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展,尤以家裝企業(yè)為盛。經(jīng)過(guò)十多年的興盛與蓬勃,家裝行業(yè)中競(jìng)爭(zhēng)呈逐年遞增的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),企業(yè)要維持自身的生存與發(fā)展需要不斷地加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部建設(shè)。國(guó)內(nèi)外研究證明,設(shè)計(jì)管理職能的發(fā)揮離不開設(shè)計(jì)溝通,設(shè)計(jì)溝通能正確處理“設(shè)計(jì)人”與設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)系,形成多向溝通。因此,家裝企業(yè)內(nèi)部有效設(shè)計(jì)溝通,能推動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)程序有效運(yùn)行,促進(jìn)企業(yè)發(fā)展。 文章分析了設(shè)計(jì)溝通的類型特征和功能,認(rèn)為有效的設(shè)計(jì)溝通有利于工作效率的提升、員工關(guān)系的構(gòu)建和核心價(jià)值觀的形成。從家裝企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的組合式管理和專業(yè)分工管理方式入手,結(jié)合家裝企業(yè)內(nèi)部設(shè)計(jì)溝通方式、設(shè)計(jì)溝通模型及設(shè)計(jì)溝通難點(diǎn)表現(xiàn)形式,發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)溝通難點(diǎn)產(chǎn)生的原因主要是由于知識(shí)異質(zhì)、利益因素、個(gè)性因素和渠道媒介因素造成的。根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究成果結(jié)合家裝企業(yè)現(xiàn)實(shí)情況,提出了有效設(shè)計(jì)溝通模式的構(gòu)建思路,從策略、戰(zhàn)略和整體三個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了設(shè)計(jì)溝通模式,并說(shuō)明了模式運(yùn)行的方式與要求。最后,將模式運(yùn)用于家裝企業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)管理中。 全文以實(shí)用性和學(xué)術(shù)型為指導(dǎo)思想,將管理學(xué)、信息學(xué)中理論原理引入設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè),從新的視角構(gòu)建設(shè)計(jì)溝通模式。為設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)管理者提供新的思考角度,以期為家裝企業(yè)更好地協(xié)調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)資源和達(dá)成設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),為同類型企業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)管理提供參考。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: since 1990's, real estate economy has developed, decoration design enterprises have developed rapidly, especially home decoration enterprises. After more than ten years of prosperity and prosperity, the competition in the home decoration industry is increasing year by year. Enterprises need to strengthen the internal construction to maintain their own survival and development. Studies at home and abroad have proved that the function of design management is inseparable from design communication, and design communication can correctly handle the relationship between "designer" and design, and form multi-direction communication. Therefore, internal effective design communication can promote the effective operation of design procedures and promote the development of enterprises. This paper analyzes the characteristics and functions of design communication, and holds that effective design communication is beneficial to the improvement of work efficiency, the construction of employee relationship and the formation of core values. Starting with the existing combined management and professional division of labor management, combining the internal design communication mode, the design communication model and the design communication difficult expression form, It is found that the difficulties of design communication are mainly caused by heterogeneity of knowledge, interests, personality and channel media. According to the domestic and foreign research results combined with the actual situation of domestic and international enterprises, this paper puts forward the idea of effective design communication mode, constructs the design communication mode from three aspects of strategy, strategy and whole, and explains the mode and requirements of the mode operation. Finally, the model is applied to the design management of home decoration enterprises. Based on the guiding ideology of practicability and academic, this paper introduces the theory principle of management and informatics into the design enterprise, and constructs the design communication mode from a new angle of view. This paper provides a new thinking angle for the managers of design enterprises in order to better coordinate the design resources and achieve the design goals for the domestic decoration enterprises and to provide reference for the design management of the same type enterprises.
