【摘要】：本文是關(guān)于復(fù)合功能高層建筑（高層綜合建筑）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層及其空間的設(shè)計(jì)研究型論文。論文以近年來高層綜合建筑在我國(guó)的飛速發(fā)展為背景，提出了目前我國(guó)高層綜合建筑設(shè)計(jì)中存在的一些問題和弊端，分析了高層綜合建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層空間構(gòu)成模式及設(shè)計(jì)影響因素，并且回顧了高層綜合建筑在國(guó)外以及國(guó)內(nèi)的發(fā)展歷史，總結(jié)出高層綜合建筑設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)當(dāng)遵循從實(shí)際出發(fā)和人性化的設(shè)計(jì)原則，以及不同類型的高層綜合建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)。 論文從解析高層綜合建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層的空間構(gòu)成入手，進(jìn)而對(duì)各種不同類型的高層綜合建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層的建筑設(shè)計(jì)以及相關(guān)的安全問題等進(jìn)行了闡述，同時(shí)還對(duì)現(xiàn)代高層綜合建筑空中公共空間設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了初步的探討。 本文還結(jié)合了一些國(guó)內(nèi)外著名的實(shí)例，運(yùn)用論文之前提出的相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)理論和原則，進(jìn)一步闡述高層綜合建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層設(shè)計(jì)中的要點(diǎn)。論文共分為六個(gè)章節(jié)： 第一章即緒論，主要介紹了本研究題目的研究背景、選題意義、研究范圍、研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究框架以及國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究綜述； 第二章回顧了復(fù)合功能高層建筑在國(guó)外以及國(guó)內(nèi)的發(fā)展歷史，同時(shí)結(jié)合實(shí)例分析了復(fù)合功能高層建筑的分類，以及高層建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層平面的類型和空間布局，并進(jìn)一步提出了復(fù)合功能高層建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層的設(shè)計(jì)難點(diǎn)； 第三章主要分析了復(fù)合功能高層建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層的空間構(gòu)成模式，提出了當(dāng)代的高層建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層布局模式更為靈活與多變。 第四章、第五章是本文的中心，為解決問題部分，通過對(duì)復(fù)合功能高層建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層的制約因素、設(shè)計(jì)原則以及平面、空間、交通的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行分析與歸納總結(jié)，，研究對(duì)應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)和方法； 第六章是理論結(jié)合實(shí)際部分，調(diào)研分析廣州太古匯綜合體、廣州國(guó)際金融中心（西塔）、深圳京基金融中心等項(xiàng)目，對(duì)前文理論進(jìn)一步檢驗(yàn)，以此總結(jié)全文的研究成果； 最后為本文的結(jié)束語。
[Abstract]:This paper is about the design and research of the standard floor and its space of the complex function high-rise building (high-rise comprehensive building). Based on the rapid development of high-rise comprehensive building in China in recent years, this paper puts forward some problems and disadvantages in the design of high-rise comprehensive building in China, and analyzes the spatial structure mode and design influencing factors of the standard storey of high-rise comprehensive building. This paper also reviews the development history of high-rise comprehensive building in foreign and domestic countries, and concludes that the design of high-rise comprehensive building should follow the design principles of reality and humanization, as well as the design essentials of different types of high-rise comprehensive building standard floors. This paper begins with the analysis of the space composition of the standard storey of the high-rise comprehensive building, and then expounds the architectural design and the related safety problems of various types of the standard storey of the high-rise comprehensive building. At the same time, the air public space design of modern high-rise comprehensive building is discussed. This paper also combined with some famous examples at home and abroad, using the relevant design theory and principle put forward before the paper, further elaborated the key points in the design of the standard storey of high-rise comprehensive building. The thesis is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, the significance, the scope, the research content, the research framework and the domestic and foreign related research review; The second chapter reviews the development history of the complex function high-rise building in foreign and domestic countries, and analyzes the classification of the composite function high-rise building, the types and spatial layout of the standard floor plane of the high-rise building. Furthermore, the design difficulties of the standard floor of the composite function high-rise building are put forward. The third chapter mainly analyzes the spatial structure model of the standard storey of the complex function high-rise building, and proposes that the layout mode of the standard storey of the contemporary high-rise building is more flexible and changeable. Chapter four, chapter five is the center of this paper. In order to solve the problem, the paper analyzes and summarizes the restrictive factors, design principles, plane, space and traffic design of composite function high-rise building. Research the corresponding design basis and method; The sixth chapter is the theoretical and practical part, research and analysis of Guangzhou Swire complex, Guangzhou International Financial Center (Xita), Shenzhen Jingji Financial Center, and other projects, to further test the previous theory, so as to sum up the research results of the full text; The last part is the conclusion of this paper.
