人居環(huán)境私密空間設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】：良好的人居環(huán)境是人類(lèi)漫長(zhǎng)的發(fā)展進(jìn)程中最為基本且永恒的一大主題。人，是人居環(huán)境中最主要的主體，發(fā)揮著主導(dǎo)的作用。在人居環(huán)境中，每個(gè)人都需要私密空間，任何時(shí)候任何地點(diǎn)都會(huì)有私密性的要求。本文將人居環(huán)境中的私密空間作為研究的重點(diǎn)，在理論與實(shí)例的研究與分析、歸納與總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)人居環(huán)境私密空間的構(gòu)成，特點(diǎn)，人們的心理和行為特征，私密空間設(shè)計(jì)的原則、方法進(jìn)行研究。 1.歸納國(guó)內(nèi)外人居環(huán)境私密空間設(shè)計(jì)的研究進(jìn)展，總結(jié)人居環(huán)境私密空間設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展歷程。從強(qiáng)調(diào)城市物質(zhì)建設(shè)的層面轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樽⒅貍�(gè)體行為和心理的層面，由對(duì)私密空間相關(guān)理論的研究發(fā)展到私密空間設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)具體環(huán)節(jié)。以人為本地進(jìn)行人類(lèi)生存環(huán)境的設(shè)計(jì)成為必然和趨勢(shì)，在人居環(huán)境中人們會(huì)產(chǎn)生生態(tài)環(huán)境、居住環(huán)境和心理環(huán)境三方面的需求。 2.探討了人居環(huán)境私密空間設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)該遵循人性化、生態(tài)性、地域性和安全性四大原則，在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中應(yīng)注重功能性、可達(dá)性、藝術(shù)性三大設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)。 3.通過(guò)比例和尺度、形狀、色彩的設(shè)計(jì)手法，圍合、覆蓋、凹凸、設(shè)置和變化的空間處理方法，探討了人居環(huán)境私密空間的設(shè)計(jì)方法，得出一個(gè)物體與人的觀(guān)賞距離之間的比值，兩個(gè)物體的高度與其間距之間的比值，不同的空間形狀對(duì)私密空間的影響，不同基調(diào)的色彩給人產(chǎn)生的空間效果；在空間的處理方法上，圍合是最為常見(jiàn)的手法，圍合面的數(shù)量、長(zhǎng)度和高度、圍合的位置和材質(zhì)，覆蓋的物體及高度，地面上地形的凹凸變化、設(shè)置和變化限定會(huì)形成不同的人居環(huán)境私密空間。 4.通過(guò)建筑、道路、植物、園林構(gòu)筑物、地形、鋪裝六個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)元素的分析總結(jié)，探討設(shè)計(jì)元素在人居環(huán)境私密空間設(shè)計(jì)中的運(yùn)用，，得出建筑的高度和布置形式，道路的圍合、數(shù)量、類(lèi)型、空間尺度和線(xiàn)型，植物的立平面圍合和類(lèi)型，在園林構(gòu)筑物中墻體的高度和座椅的樣式和布置形式，地面的抬高和下沉，鋪裝材質(zhì)、色彩和樣式的變化都是人居環(huán)境私密空間設(shè)計(jì)的要點(diǎn)。 5.以福州果嶺生活和融僑錦江作為調(diào)查研究對(duì)象，分別調(diào)查了果嶺生活和融僑錦江在私密空間設(shè)計(jì)上各種處理手法、設(shè)計(jì)元素的共同點(diǎn)以及區(qū)別，并提出了拓展設(shè)計(jì)元素運(yùn)用的多樣化緯度、增加設(shè)計(jì)手法的表達(dá)方式、注重人居環(huán)境文化內(nèi)涵的體現(xiàn)、增強(qiáng)私密空間的可達(dá)性和功能性、加強(qiáng)小區(qū)的自身建設(shè)與管理五點(diǎn)改進(jìn)建議,為今后小區(qū)及人居環(huán)境私密空間的設(shè)計(jì)與建設(shè)提供了實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Good human settlement environment is the most basic and eternal theme in the long process of human development. Human being, the main body in human settlement environment, plays a leading role. In a residential environment, everyone needs private space, any place at any time will have privacy requirements. In this paper, the private space in human settlements environment as the focus of research, on the basis of theoretical and practical research and analysis, induction and summary, the composition, characteristics, psychological and behavioral characteristics of the private space in human settlements environment. The principles and methods of private space design are studied. 1. The research progress of private space design of human settlement environment at home and abroad is summarized, and the development course of private space design in human settlement environment is summarized. From emphasizing the level of urban material construction to paying attention to individual behavior and psychology, the research on the theory of private space has developed to the specific link of private space design. It is inevitable and trend to design the human living environment on the basis of human being. In the human settlement environment, people will have three demands: ecological environment, living environment and psychological environment. 2. This paper discusses that the private space design of human settlement environment should follow the four principles of humanization, ecology, regionality and security, and should pay attention to the three design essentials of function, reachability and artistry in the design process. 3. Through the design methods of scale and scale, shape, color, enclosure, covering, concave and convex, setting and changing space, this paper discusses the design method of private space in human settlement environment, and obtains the ratio between an object and a person's viewing distance. The ratio between the height of two objects and their spacing, the influence of different spatial shapes on private space, and the spatial effects of different tone colors; In the treatment of space, containment is the most common technique. The number, length and height of the enclosed surface, the position and material of the enclosure, the covered object and height, the concave and convex changes of the terrain on the ground, Setting and changing limits will form private spaces for different human settlements. 4. Through the analysis and summary of the six design elements of architecture, road, plant, garden structure, terrain and pavement, the application of the design elements in the private space design of human settlement environment is discussed, and the height and layout of the building and the road enclosure are obtained. Quantity, type, spatial scale and alignment, vertical plane enclosure and type of plant, height of wall in garden structure, style and layout of seat, elevation and subsidence of ground, material of pavement, The change of color and style is the key point of privacy space design of human settlement environment. 5. Taking Fuzhou Green Life and Rongqiao Jinjiang as the objects of investigation, this paper investigates the various methods of dealing with the private space design, the common points and the differences between the design elements and the greening life and the Rongqiao Jinjiang in private space design, respectively. It also puts forward to expand the diversity of the application of design elements, to increase the expression of design techniques, to pay attention to the embodiment of cultural connotation of human settlements, and to enhance the accessibility and functionality of private space. Five suggestions on strengthening the self-construction and management of the residential area provide practical guidance for the design and construction of the private space in the residential area and human settlement environment in the future.
