米漿種類對(duì)傳統(tǒng)灰漿性能的影響

【摘要】:在傳統(tǒng)灰漿中添加不同種類米漿,然后測(cè)試灰漿稠度、表面硬度、抗壓強(qiáng)度、收縮率和耐凍融性,觀察分析灰漿的微觀形貌和結(jié)構(gòu),探討米漿種類對(duì)灰漿性能的影響及作用機(jī)理.結(jié)果表明:糯米、糯黃米、血糯米、大米和高粱米米漿的添加,均使灰漿的稠度和收縮率降低,表面硬度、抗壓強(qiáng)度和耐凍融性提高;在各種米漿灰漿中,糯黃米灰漿的綜合性能最佳,其28d抗壓強(qiáng)度和60d抗壓強(qiáng)度較純灰漿分別提高了103.6%和69.4%,耐凍融性提高了150%.建議在磚石質(zhì)文物保護(hù)中使用糯黃米漿作為灰漿的有機(jī)添加劑.米漿灰漿良好的力學(xué)性能源于米漿灰漿的細(xì)密結(jié)構(gòu),與米漿中的支鏈淀粉含量相關(guān).
[Abstract]:The consistency, surface hardness, compressive strength, shrinkage and freeze-thaw resistance of the mortar were tested, and the microstructure and morphology of the mortar were observed and analyzed. The effect of rice pulp on the properties of mortar and its mechanism were discussed. The results showed that the consistency and shrinkage of mortar were decreased, the surface hardness, compressive strength and freeze-thaw resistance were improved with the addition of glutinous rice, waxy yellow rice, black sticky rice, rice and sorghum Mimi pulp. The comprehensive properties of waxy yellow rice mortar were the best, its 28d compressive strength and 60-day compressive strength were 103.6% and 69.4% higher than those of pure mortar, respectively, and the freeze-thaw resistance was increased by 150%. It is suggested that waxy yellow rice pulp be used as organic additive of mortar in the protection of masonry relics. The good mechanical properties of rice pulp come from the fine structure of rice pulp, which is related to the amylopectin content in rice pulp.
