【摘要】:摘要:經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展,企業(yè)之間的競爭日趨加劇,競爭的形態(tài)也發(fā)生著深刻的演變,我國建筑裝飾行業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出前所未有的快速發(fā)展態(tài)勢。近年來,由于建筑裝飾行業(yè)進入壁壘小,中小企業(yè)眾多,使得行業(yè)內(nèi)競爭者的數(shù)量大幅增加,加之行業(yè)運行不規(guī)范等眾多因素,建筑裝飾行業(yè)競爭加劇的同時行業(yè)利潤不斷壓縮。面對復雜的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,裝飾行業(yè)只有尋找自身發(fā)展中存在的問題,不斷提升自身競爭力,才能在激烈的市場競爭中利于不敗之地,實現(xiàn)有持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文立足于當前我國建筑裝飾行業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀以及未來的發(fā)展趨勢,以廣州美術公司為背景,在學習國內(nèi)外研究理論的基礎上,運用PEST分析方法對廣州美術公司所在的外部宏觀環(huán)境進行分析,運用波特的五種競爭力分析原理,對廣州美術公司的競爭力狀況進行總結(jié)分析;結(jié)合SWOT分析法,對廣州美術公司內(nèi)外部條件進行分析,對公司所存在的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、威脅、機遇進行總結(jié)。通過分析總結(jié)建筑裝飾行業(yè)標桿蘇州金螳螂建筑裝飾有限公司成熟的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗,找出制約廣州美術公司競爭力提高的因素,最后提出提升廣州美術公司競爭力的對策和建議,從而找到適合廣州美術公司特點的發(fā)展途徑,為廣州美術公司步入可持續(xù)發(fā)展奠定基礎。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the rapid development of economy, the competition among enterprises intensifies day by day, the form of competition also has a profound evolution, the construction decoration industry of our country presents an unprecedented rapid development trend. In recent years, due to the small barriers to entry in the construction and decoration industry and the large number of small and medium-sized enterprises, the number of competitors in the industry has increased substantially, as well as many factors such as the non-standard operation of the industry. The construction decoration industry competition intensifies simultaneously the industry profit unceasingly compresses. In the face of complex internal and external environment, the decoration industry must look for the problems existing in its own development and constantly improve its own competitiveness, in order to be conducive to an invincible position in the fierce market competition and achieve sustainable development. This article is based on the current situation and the future development trend of the architectural decoration industry in our country, taking Guangzhou Art Company as the background, on the basis of studying the domestic and foreign research theory, Using PEST analysis method to analyze the external macro environment of Guangzhou Fine Arts Company, using Porter's five competitive analysis principles, summarizing and analyzing the competitive ability of Guangzhou Fine Arts Company, combining with SWOT analysis, Analyze the internal and external conditions of Guangzhou Fine Arts Company, summarize the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of the company. Through analyzing and summing up the mature development experience of Suzhou Golden Mantis Architectural Decoration Co., Ltd, the factors restricting the competitiveness of Guangzhou Art Company are found out. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of Guangzhou Art Company are put forward. In order to find suitable for Guangzhou fine arts company characteristics of the development of Guangzhou fine arts company into the sustainable development of the foundation.
