砌法對(duì)混凝土空心砌塊熱工性能的影響

【摘要】:運(yùn)用數(shù)值計(jì)算的方法模擬了24種不同孔洞結(jié)構(gòu)的240mm×115mm×90mm(長(zhǎng)×寬×高)粉煤灰小型空心砌塊的耦合傳熱過(guò)程,得出單個(gè)空心砌塊的當(dāng)量導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)值。模擬中考慮沿著砌塊長(zhǎng)度方向及寬度方向傳熱對(duì)當(dāng)量導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)的影響。結(jié)果表明:沿著傳熱垂直方向增加孔數(shù)減弱了砌塊的保溫隔熱效果,沿著傳熱平行方向增加孔數(shù)增強(qiáng)了砌塊的保溫隔熱性能。另外,還對(duì)三種砌法的砌筑單元結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較,選出了最優(yōu)方案,此種砌法不僅減少了尋找最優(yōu)孔型的工作量和時(shí)間,而且新型砌法的結(jié)果比以往方法找出的最優(yōu)方案要為理想。
[Abstract]:The coupled heat transfer process of 240mm 脳 115mm 脳 90mm (length 脳 width 脳 high) fly ash hollow block with 24 different pore structures is simulated by numerical calculation, and the equivalent thermal conductivity of a single hollow block is obtained. The influence of heat transfer along the length and width of block on the equivalent thermal conductivity is considered in the simulation. The results show that increasing the number of holes along the vertical direction of heat transfer weakens the thermal insulation effect of the block, and increases the number of holes along the parallel direction of heat transfer to enhance the thermal insulation performance of the block. In addition, the results of the three masonry methods are compared, and the optimal scheme is selected. This method not only reduces the workload and time of finding the optimal hole, The result of the new method is more ideal than that of the previous method.
