【摘要】：以河北某水廠原水為處理對(duì)象,利用中試針對(duì)一體化除氟裝置的運(yùn)行參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,并利用生產(chǎn)性試驗(yàn)分別在河北、河南、北京等地的4個(gè)水廠進(jìn)行了效能驗(yàn)證。經(jīng)過(guò)優(yōu)化得到一體化除氟裝置運(yùn)行參數(shù)如下:絮體濃度為3~5 g/L,上升流速為3~4 m/h,藥劑投加量為200 mg/L,球狀羥基磷灰石過(guò)濾層高度不小于0.5 m。生產(chǎn)性試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,通過(guò)投藥量的調(diào)整,一體化裝置可有效處理不同初始濃度的地下水源水,出水氟化物濃度穩(wěn)定低于1.0 mg/L,且一體化除氟裝置較分體式裝置可節(jié)約占地30%以上。綜上所述,一體化除氟裝置可用于地下水中氟離子的去除。
[Abstract]:Taking the raw water of a water plant in Hebei Province as the treatment object, the operation parameters of the integrated defluorination plant were optimized by the pilot test, and the effectiveness tests were carried out in four water plants in Hebei, Henan and Beijing, respectively. The operation parameters of the integrated defluorination unit are obtained as follows: the floc concentration is 3 ~ 5 g / L, the rising flow rate is 3 ~ 4 m / h, the dosage is 200 mg / L, and the height of the spherical hydroxyapatite filter layer is not less than 0.5 m. The results of the productive tests show that by adjusting the dosage, the integrated device can effectively treat the groundwater source water of different initial concentrations. The fluoride concentration in the effluent is stable below 1.0 mg / L, and the integrated defluorination unit can save more than 30% of the floor area compared with the separate unit. To sum up, the integrated fluorine removal device can be used to remove fluorine ions in groundwater.
