【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)條件的發(fā)展，老齡化問題已經(jīng)成為不可忽視的社會熱點問題。我國到2030年為止老年人口將超過日本，成為老齡化程度最高的國家，到2050年社會將進(jìn)入深度老齡化階段。而且呈現(xiàn)出人口規(guī)模大、發(fā)展速度快及老齡化程度超過現(xiàn)代化等特點。因此，，針對老齡化問題的社會養(yǎng)老體系的探討，研究老年住宅環(huán)境中通用設(shè)計的研究模式，是解決養(yǎng)老住宅問題，是對老年人“老有所依”的關(guān)愛，更是促進(jìn)社會保障體系的建立以及社會和諧發(fā)展，在現(xiàn)實中具有重要的意義。 針對老齡化的趨勢以及現(xiàn)有老年住宅區(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計的優(yōu)劣性分析，提出了老年住宅區(qū)中通用設(shè)計的模式，研究通用設(shè)計對老年住宅設(shè)計的必要性以及設(shè)計方法。本文首先從老年人的角度出發(fā)，考慮老年人群的生理、心理及行為方面的特征和對環(huán)境的相關(guān)需求，其次根據(jù)通用設(shè)計“為所有人服務(wù)”的設(shè)計理念總結(jié)出適合老年住宅環(huán)境設(shè)計的通用設(shè)計。再次通過對老年住宅環(huán)境的劃分從居住空間、交通道路空間、公共服務(wù)空間、戶外活動空間以及輔助環(huán)境設(shè)施這幾個方面對老年住宅區(qū)中通用設(shè)計的設(shè)計方法進(jìn)行闡述。最后通過對無錫魅力之城健康住宅的設(shè)計分析，為老年居住區(qū)的通用設(shè)計方法進(jìn)行實踐性的嘗試，對老齡化趨勢下的老年住宅區(qū)設(shè)計提出了新的方法和建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of social and economic conditions, the problem of aging has become a hot social issue that can not be ignored. By 2030, China will surpass Japan and become the country with the highest degree of aging. By 2050, the society will enter the stage of deep aging. And presents the population scale, the development speed and the aging degree surpasses the modernization and so on characteristic. Therefore, in view of the problem of the aging of the social pension system, the study of the research model of the general design in the elderly housing environment is to solve the problem of the aged housing, is to care for the elderly "old people have to rely on". It is of great significance to promote the establishment of social security system and the harmonious development of society. In view of the trend of aging and the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the environmental design of the existing residential area for the elderly, this paper puts forward the general design pattern of the residential area for the elderly, and studies the necessity and design method of the general design for the residential design of the elderly. First of all, from the perspective of the elderly, this paper considers the physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly people and the related needs of the environment. Secondly, according to the general design concept of "serving for all", the paper summarizes the general design suitable for the environment design of the elderly residence. Thirdly, through the division of residential environment for the elderly from living space, traffic road space, public service space, outdoor activity space and auxiliary environmental facilities, this paper expounds the general design method of the residential area for the elderly. Finally, through the analysis of the design of the healthy residence in Wuxi City, this paper attempts to make a practical attempt on the general design method of the old residential area, and puts forward new methods and suggestions for the design of the old residential area under the trend of aging.
