新近吹填土地基真空預(yù)壓法加固新工藝試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:目前天津?yàn)I海新區(qū)高速發(fā)展,對(duì)土體資源的需求越來越迫切,因此圍海造陸形成的吹填土地基在吹填完成后需要立即進(jìn)行加固,但此時(shí)吹填區(qū)內(nèi)還屬于具有流動(dòng)狀態(tài)的吹填泥,其含水量較高,高達(dá)120%以上,基本沒什么承載力,因此不能滿足插板機(jī)械等設(shè)備安全作業(yè)的要求,所以常規(guī)的一次性真空預(yù)壓加固地基方法已經(jīng)滿足不了目前圍海造陸工程的需要,,這將大大的制約區(qū)域的建設(shè)速度;此外,通常軟基加固需要砂、土等材料逐漸出現(xiàn)供應(yīng)緊缺。尤其是天津港東疆港區(qū),工程建設(shè)速度非?欤巧、土等材料供應(yīng)數(shù)量滿足不了港區(qū)的快速發(fā)展。因此,迫切需要研究出新的地基處理辦法,把新吹填軟土迅速改變?yōu)楣こ逃猛,從而解決軟基加固需要的砂源及作為工作墊層的素土隨建設(shè)規(guī)模的加大逐漸出現(xiàn)供應(yīng)緊缺問題,達(dá)到降低造價(jià)及節(jié)約建設(shè)時(shí)間的目的。 本課題以快速提高新近吹填軟土的強(qiáng)度為目的,提出適用于吹填軟泥的真空預(yù)壓加固新工藝,并通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)對(duì)工藝進(jìn)行研究,本文主要研究的幾個(gè)問如下: (1)適合于吹填泥的真空預(yù)壓新工藝研究:解決砂、土等材料隨建設(shè)規(guī)模的加大逐漸出現(xiàn)供應(yīng)緊缺問題; (2)真空預(yù)壓新工藝研究:評(píng)價(jià)新工藝技術(shù)可行性及經(jīng)濟(jì)合理性。 (3)通過建立數(shù)值模型,對(duì)真空預(yù)壓新工藝進(jìn)行有限元分析;
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of Tianjin Binhai New area, the demand for soil resources is becoming more and more urgent. Therefore, the foundation formed by the reclamation of the land around the sea needs to be strengthened immediately after the completion of the filling, but at this time, the reclamation area is also a kind of dredged mud with flowing state. Its water content is high, as high as 120%, and it has little bearing capacity, so it can not meet the requirements of safe operation for the equipment such as the board mechanism, etc. Therefore, the conventional one-off vacuum preloading method has been unable to meet the needs of the current land reclamation project, which will greatly restrict the speed of construction in the region; in addition, usually, soft foundation reinforcement needs sand, soil and other materials gradually appear shortage of supply. Especially in Dongjiang Port area of Tianjin Port, the construction speed is very fast, but the supply of sand, soil and other materials can not meet the rapid development of the port area. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a new method of foundation treatment, and to rapidly change the new filling soft soil into engineering soil, so as to solve the problem of supply shortage of sand source and plain soil as work cushion for the reinforcement of soft foundation with the increase of construction scale. Achieve the goal of reducing cost and saving construction time. In order to improve the strength of the newly filled soft soil quickly, a new technology of vacuum preloading is put forward, and the technology is studied by field test. The main questions of this paper are as follows: 1) study on the new vacuum preloading technology suitable for filling mud: to solve the problem of supply shortage of sand, soil and other materials with the increase of construction scale; 2) study on the new technology of vacuum preloading: to evaluate the feasibility and economic rationality of the new process. 3) finite element analysis of the new vacuum preloading process is carried out by establishing a numerical model.
