【摘要】：利用熱彈塑性有限元法及Marc有限元分析軟件對材料Q345裝載機(jī)后車架大梁焊接變形進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算,建立了分析模型,定量地描述了上、下蓋板和左、右腹板的焊接順序?qū)附幼冃蔚挠绊?找出了整體焊接結(jié)構(gòu)的最佳焊接順序,對預(yù)測的最佳焊接順序下變形模擬值與實(shí)際測量值進(jìn)行了對比分析。結(jié)果表明:兩者吻合良好,最優(yōu)與最差的焊接順序得到的變形量為1.141 mm和2.324 mm,變形量降低了51%,為實(shí)際生產(chǎn)提供了可靠的數(shù)值預(yù)測依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The thermal elastoplastic finite element method and Marc finite element analysis software are used to simulate the welding deformation of the rear frame girder of material Q345 loader. The analysis model is established, and the upper and lower cover plates and the left side are quantitatively described.The influence of welding sequence on welding deformation of right web plate is discussed. The optimum welding sequence of the whole welded structure is found. The simulated value of deformation in the predicted optimal welding sequence is compared with the actual measured value.The results show that the optimal and worst welding sequence results in the deformation of 1.141 mm and 2.324 mm, and the deformation is reduced by 51 mm, which provides a reliable numerical prediction basis for practical production.
