【摘要】：針對(duì)空間網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)中桿件數(shù)量眾多,但桿件按照一定的規(guī)律相互組合的特點(diǎn),提出以面向子結(jié)構(gòu)的損傷初步定位為基礎(chǔ)的損傷識(shí)別三步法。設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)157個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)、414根桿件的單層柱面網(wǎng)殼試驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｐ?對(duì)其在完好狀態(tài)及不同桿件去掉時(shí)的5種損傷工況下的振動(dòng)特性進(jìn)行實(shí)測(cè)。然后對(duì)試驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｐ徒Y(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行精細(xì)化建模,在其基礎(chǔ)上利用部分測(cè)點(diǎn)的實(shí)測(cè)前3階模態(tài)信息構(gòu)造神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輸入?yún)?shù),采用提出的方法對(duì)模型的各種損傷工況進(jìn)行識(shí)別。結(jié)果表明,基于實(shí)測(cè)低階的不完備模態(tài),采用三步法可以精簡(jiǎn)神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)構(gòu),并取得良好的識(shí)別效果,驗(yàn)證了所提方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:In view of the large number of bars in the spatial grid structure, the members are combined according to certain rules. A three-step method for damage identification based on substructure-oriented initial damage location is proposed. A single-layer cylindrical latticed shell model with 157 nodes and 414 bars is designed. The vibration characteristics of the test model are measured under five kinds of damage conditions in the intact state and when different members are removed, and then the detailed modeling of the test model structure is carried out. On the basis of this method, the input parameters of the neural network are constructed by using the first 3 order modal information of some measured points, and the various damage conditions of the model are identified by the proposed method. The results show that, based on the measured low order incomplete modes, The structure of the neural network can be simplified by using the three-step method, and good recognition effect is obtained, which verifies the feasibility of the proposed method.
